## Description

Set up a home walking or running routine with the WELLFIT TM007, a folding treadmill with a wide 18 x 43 in running surface and automatic incline. Its 400-lb weight capacity and steel frame make it a substantial option for a home gym.

Choose from 40 workout programs and use the LED display to track speed, distance, calories, heart rate, and incline. Bluetooth connectivity, app and voice controls, and console buttons offer different ways to manage a session.

The treadmill arrives 95% pre-installed and folds with a hydraulic system for a more compact storage position. It requires a power source and must be plugged into a grounded outlet for safe operation.

## At a glance

A 4.0 HP motor powers walking, jogging, and running, while the automatic incline adjusts up to 15% for workouts that include hill-style effort. Compared with a flat walking treadmill, this model adds incline training and 40 built-in programs, giving you more ways to vary a home session without changing equipment. The 18 x 43 in belt provides the running surface, and its multi-layer construction is designed to absorb impact.

The LED display presents workout metrics including speed, distance, calories burned, heart rate, and incline. Use the console or voice commands to adjust incline, or connect through Bluetooth for smart control. A safety handrail and included safety key add practical features for regular home use. Buyers have also praised the incline controls and straightforward operation, with some describing the assembly as easy.

## Everyday use

For a weekday walk, steady jog, or interval session, select one of the built-in programs or set the pace and incline through the controls. The incline lets you add a climbing element to a workout, while the multi-layer belt is intended to soften impact during use. Its listed maximum speed is 8.8 MPH, supporting a range of walking and running routines.

The folding design suits a home gym, bedroom, or living room where the treadmill may need to be stored between sessions. The hydraulic folding system helps lower the deck when putting it away. Buyers also mention the compact footprint and say the running surface feels wide enough for a comfortable stride. The carbon steel frame provides the structural base for the treadmill’s 400-lb capacity.

## Tips for day-to-day use

Plug the treadmill into a grounded outlet before operating it. Keep the safety key available and use the handrail as needed when starting or changing your pace. Begin with a comfortable speed and adjust the automatic incline gradually to match the workout you want. The display can help you follow speed, distance, and incline as you walk or run, heart rate and calories burned are also among its tracked metrics.

The package includes lubricant and a safety key. Since the treadmill is 95% pre-installed, most of the assembly is already completed before setup. When you finish, fold the deck using its hydraulic system to reclaim floor space.

## Should you buy it?

It’s a great fit if you want a home treadmill that combines a 400-lb capacity, automatic incline, and an 18 x 43 in running belt. The program selection, workout tracking, and connected controls support varied sessions, from everyday walking to incline intervals and indoor running. Choose it for a home workout space where folding storage and a broad range of exercise settings are useful parts of the routine.
