## Description

This garage floor mat protects indoor floors from snow, rain and mud while keeping parked vehicles stable. If you need a robust garage solution, this heavy duty containment mat reduces mess and cushions weight for smoother parking. Use it to collect runoff after drives, or to shelter a car during rainy months, and note that it may not fit every odd shaped bay.

## Key takeaways

The WELKIN containment mat promises a practical way to protect garage floors and make cleanup easier. It combines a raised containment edge with a dense sponge column to trap liquids and debris, and a heavy duty PVC surface that reduces wheel slip and dampens noise. The product is washable and stores flat, and it comes with a floor squeegee for clearing snow and mud. For larger vehicles, choose the appropriate size variant to cover the parking area fully.

## Product specs

- What’s included: Floor squeegee, 8 Alcohol Prep Pads, 8 Adhesive Tapes
- Dimensions: 7ft 9in x 18ft
- Weight: 25.6lbs
- Material: Heavy duty PVC fabric
- Compatibility: Most cars, SUVs, minivans and pickup trucks

## Getting the most from it

Place the mat with the containment edge facing outward to catch runoff and splashes. During heavy snow days, push accumulated slush toward the included squeegee and lift the mat to hose it off for fast cleaning. **WELKIN Containment Mat** works best on level concrete surfaces, and the non slip surface helps prevent tire creep while parking. For tight garages, measure first and pick a smaller size option.

## Practical tips

Store the mat flat or rolled, it requires no assembly and dries quickly after washing. The sponge column at the border offers cushioning that spreads load across the mat and helps avoid pressure marks on the floor. Keep in mind that adhesive tapes are provided for temporary anchoring, they may not suit all floor finishes. Add a protective layer under the mat if your floor is painted or treated to avoid potential adhesion residue. 🚿🧽
