VOXGET Dog Clippers with 10 Guide Combs

If your priority is quick touch-ups, a simpler trimmer may be enough. For thick or curly coats that take longer to work through, this cordless clipper offers a broader range of comb lengths and a longer grooming window.

The low-noise design is intended to make grooming less startling for sound-sensitive pets. It still makes sense to introduce any clipper gradually, especially if your dog or cat is uneasy around grooming tools.

For example, you could fit a guide comb before trimming a curly coat at home, then use the LCD display to keep an eye on the remaining charge. If you prefer a basic tool for occasional small-area trims, this setup may be more than you need.

Getting the most from it

The ten guide combs cover lengths from 1.5 to 25 mm, while the blade height is adjustable for added control. That range can help you choose a longer setting for an overall trim and a shorter one for targeted areas, rather than relying on a single fixed cut. Start with a longer comb if you are unsure of the length you want, taking more off is easier than correcting a cut that is already too short.

The stainless-steel blade detaches with a one-click design for cleaning and oiling. The product description notes that some oil may be present on the blade when it arrives, as oil is added during production. From the way it is set up, routine blade care is part of keeping the clipper ready for its next use.

Why it’s worth it

A 6800 RPM motor, cordless operation, and up to 3 hours of battery life are aimed at longer grooming sessions and dense coats. The LCD display shows the power level, which is useful when you want to avoid discovering a low charge halfway through a full trim. Its stated noise range is 50–55 dB, and the low-vibration design is intended to be gentler for pets that react to sound or movement.

It’s a great fit if you want one tool for home grooming across different coat lengths, including thick, double, or curly fur. The practical advantage over a basic fixed-length trimmer is the choice of comb settings and the detachable blade. Still, matted fur can take patience: work carefully and don’t expect a clipper to make every mat easy or safe to remove in one pass.

The essentials

The clipper is cordless and rechargeable, with a stainless-steel detachable blade, an LCD battery display, and ten guide combs ranging from 1.5 to 25 mm. The motor is listed at 6800 RPM, the stated battery runtime is up to 3 hours. Noise is listed at 50–55 dB. These are product specifications, not a guarantee of the same experience with every coat or pet.

For a full-body trim, lay out the combs first and choose a length before switching on the clipper. That small bit of preparation can make it easier to keep the cut consistent and limit repeated passes. Better avoided if you need a tool with a stated waterproof rating or other features not listed here, no such details are provided.

Is it worth it?

This VOXGET clipper makes the most sense for pet owners who want cordless grooming, several length choices, and a detachable blade for cleaning. The longer stated runtime and LCD readout are useful details for a more involved session, while the quieter design may suit pets that are wary of loud grooming equipment. If your main need is an occasional quick trim, a simpler clipper could be easier to justify. And if your pet has stubborn mats or is highly distressed by grooming, take the time to assess whether home clipping is appropriate rather than relying on motor power alone.
