## Description

Some bathroom updates call for a clean, modern look, others need a faucet that can work with an existing sink layout. The VOTON V-1538L brings both considerations together with a brushed nickel finish and a deck plate for flexible placement.

Its single lever adjusts water flow and temperature from one handle, keeping everyday sink use straightforward. The modern spout has a 3.4-inch height and 4.2-inch reach.

For a one-hole sink or a three-hole setup with 4-inch centers, the included 6-inch deck plate gives the faucet a practical fit across common bathroom configurations.

## Everyday use

A single-handle faucet is a simple choice for daily handwashing and routine bathroom tasks: one lever controls both flow and temperature. The brushed nickel finish adds a softly brushed, warm gray metallic look that pairs naturally with modern bathroom decor. Its finish is described as resistant to scratches, corrosion, and tarnishing, helping it maintain its appearance through regular use.

The spout’s 3.4-inch height and 4.2-inch reach provide useful dimensions to consider when matching a faucet to a sink. The built-in aerator is rated at 1.2 gpm. A high-pressure aerator is also included and can be interchanged with the built-in aerator, offering another setup option for different water-pressure conditions.

## Why it’s worth it

Rather than choosing a faucet limited to a single mounting layout, this model can be installed in a one-hole sink or used with the included deck plate on a three-hole sink with 4-inch centers. That flexibility can simplify a bathroom refresh when the existing sink configuration is staying in place. The package also lists a hose and installation wrench among its included components.

The ceramic cartridge valve and single lever keep the control design uncomplicated, while the brushed nickel finish provides a restrained alternative to a highly polished look. Buyers often highlight the faucet’s appearance and perceived quality. Some also report leakage around the handle, a point worth keeping in mind when checking the faucet after installation and during normal use.

## Highlights

The V-1538L is intended for bathroom use and is also listed for vessel sinks, RV vanity sinks, laundry rooms, and restroom sinks. That range makes it relevant for more than a standard home vanity, including compact bathroom updates in an RV or camper. Its deck-mounted installation and included plate help accommodate the stated one-hole and three-hole sink arrangements.

A built-in 1.2 gpm aerator is paired with an included interchangeable high-pressure aerator. The choice lets the setup suit different water-pressure conditions while keeping the faucet’s single-handle operation. The modern spout design and brushed nickel finish bring a consistent look to the sink area without adding a separate control handle.

## When it makes sense

Choose this faucet when you want a brushed nickel, single-handle design and need it to work with either a one-hole sink or a three-hole sink with 4-inch centers. It’s also a practical fit to consider for a powder room, vessel sink, or RV vanity, where the listed spout dimensions and deck-mounted setup help guide the match. For a bathroom update focused on straightforward handle control, a contemporary finish, and mounting flexibility, the VOTON V-1538L brings those needs together in one sink faucet.
