## Description

When a dog is gone, finding a simple place to save memories can feel harder than it should. This olive green VNWEK notebook offers lined pages for writing down favorite moments, everyday thoughts, or notes connected to a beloved puppy, in a size that’s easy to carry.

It’s a keepsake-style journal, not a guided grief workbook, so the pages leave the purpose and pace up to you.

## Best use cases

This notebook makes the most sense for someone who wants a personal space to remember a dog without prompts or a prescribed format. Use it as a memorial journal, a place to collect small stories, or a private diary during a difficult stretch. The dog-loss theme also gives it a more personal feel as a sympathy gift than an ordinary notebook, though the listing doesn’t specify a message card or other gift packaging.

Its 5.5 x 8.3-inch size is intended to fit in a backpack, handbag, or briefcase. For example, you could tuck it beside your daily essentials and jot down a memory during a quiet break, rather than waiting until you’re home. If you want a guided journal with structured exercises, this is a more open-ended choice.

## Product specs

The notebook has an olive green hardcover, spiral binding, and wide-ruled lined paper. It measures 5.5 x 8.3 inches and contains 82 sheets, listed as 164 pages: 80 sheets of lined paper plus two blank sheets at the front and back. Its weight is about 300 grams.

The spiral binding is described as sturdy and lets the notebook lie flat for writing, note-taking, brainstorming, or sketching. That can be useful when you’re writing on a small table or holding the notebook in your lap. The paper is primarily lined, however, so it isn’t the natural fit for someone who wants a mostly blank sketchbook. The listed details do not specify paper thickness or a particular pen’s performance.

## Where it shines

The strongest point is the combination of a portable format and a clear memorial purpose. A regular notebook can hold the same thoughts, but this one’s dog-in-memory framing may feel more considered when choosing a small sympathy gift. At the same time, it remains practical enough for everyday notes, reminders, or diary entries instead of being limited to a single occasion.

What would you want from a journal like this: prompts that guide reflection, or room to write in your own way? The lined pages favor the second approach. Worth considering if the recipient would appreciate a quiet, usable keepsake rather than a formal memorial item. Better avoided if they need a larger writing surface, guided prompts, or mostly blank pages for drawing. The maker describes it as suitable for several uses, but the specific paper details are limited, so it’s best to choose it for its format and memorial theme rather than for specialized writing needs.

## Is it worth it?

This is a sensible pick when the goal is a compact, lined place for personal memories and everyday writing, with an olive green design tied to remembering a dog. The lay-flat spiral and carry-friendly dimensions add practical value beyond its gift framing. Skip it if the recipient prefers a structured grief journal, needs more room per page, or would rather have a plain notebook without a memorial theme. Its appeal rests on a personal, low-pressure format—not on special writing features or guided content.
