## Description

For a supplement routine built around capsules rather than gummies, Vitamatic Magnesium Citrate offers a one-capsule serving with added B6. Each serving contains 500 mg of magnesium citrate and provides 150 mg of elemental magnesium.

The formula is intended to support muscle, joint, and heart health, as well as enzyme function. Its capsule format gives you a straightforward way to include magnesium citrate in your routine.

If you’re comparing gummies with a capsule-based option, this product offers a clearly stated elemental magnesium amount per serving and a bottle of 180 vegetarian capsules.

## Key takeaways

Each one-capsule serving provides 150 mg of elemental magnesium from 500 mg of magnesium citrate, with added B6. That serving information makes it easier to understand how much elemental magnesium you get from the formula, rather than relying only on the larger magnesium citrate amount shown on the front of the product.

The supplement is designed to support muscle, joint, and heart health and enzyme function. It is gluten-free and non-GMO, and the formula is free of sugar, yeast, wheat, egg, artificial colors, flavors, and preservatives. The manufacturer also identifies it as third-party tested and made in a GMP-compliant, FDA-registered facility.

Customer feedback often highlights the capsules’ ease of swallowing and the convenience of a one-capsule serving. Experiences are not uniform: some reviewers report stomach discomfort, so individual responses can vary.

## Size & fit

The bottle contains 180 vegetarian capsules, with a serving size of one capsule. The listed package dimensions are 4.65 x 2.5 x 2.5 inches, and its listed weight is 3.5 ounces. This format suits someone who prefers a capsule supplement and wants a clearly defined serving, while gummies may suit shoppers who specifically prefer a chewable format.

## Practical tips

Use the serving information to compare this supplement with other magnesium products: the relevant elemental magnesium amount is 150 mg per capsule, while 500 mg refers to the magnesium citrate per serving. This distinction helps make product labels easier to compare without treating the two figures as interchangeable.

The capsule format can fit naturally into a supplement routine that favors a single-capsule serving over gummies. Buyers also describe the capsules as easy to swallow, though personal experiences differ. Keep the product’s stated dietary features in mind when choosing a formula: it is gluten-free, non-GMO, and free of sugar, yeast, wheat, and egg, along with artificial colors, flavors, and preservatives.

## Is it worth it?

Vitamatic Magnesium Citrate is a practical choice for shoppers looking for a vegetarian capsule with added B6, a one-capsule serving, and a stated elemental magnesium amount. The bottle’s 180-capsule count and the formula’s clearly described role in supporting muscle, joint, and heart health make it a useful fit for someone who wants a capsule-based magnesium supplement rather than a gummy. Its listed ingredient exclusions may also help narrow the choice for people checking those specific dietary preferences.
