## Description

The extended, foldable handle brings back grooming within reach for a self-grooming routine without assistance. A 6D floating shaver head follows body contours, while a separate trimmer head cuts longer hair. Detach the handle to groom other body areas. Wet-or-dry operation and an IPX6 waterproof rating support shower use.

## Highlights

This two-head system lets you choose the approach that fits the hair you’re grooming. Use the trimmer head to cut longer hair, then switch to the 6D floating shaver for a closer pass over body contours. The enclosed rotary blade design helps minimize skin exposure, and the included guide combs help prevent over-cutting.

For back grooming, the extended handle and slightly curved shape help you reach areas that are difficult to access by hand. The non-slip grip supports controlled handling, and the handle folds for storage. With the shaver head attached, the unit measures 17.7 inches in total length. Detach the handle when grooming your head, chest, beard, hands, or other body areas for a more compact grip.

## Usage tips

Choose the trimmer head when you’re working with longer hair and the floating shaver head when you want to follow the body’s contours. Attach the extended handle to reach your back, and detach it for grooming areas that are easier to reach directly. The guide combs offer another way to manage the cut while trimming.

The shaver is designed for wet or dry use, and its IPX6 waterproof rating supports grooming in the shower. That gives you the flexibility to fit grooming into a dry routine or use it as part of shower care. Follow the head choice to suit the task rather than treating the two attachments as interchangeable: one is made for longer hair, while the other is shaped to follow contours.

## Tips for day-to-day use

The LED display shows remaining power and usage time, so you can check the status as part of your grooming routine. Battery life is listed at 60 minutes. A travel lock helps prevent accidental activation during portability, while the folding handle makes the long-reach setup easier to store between sessions.

For a back-grooming routine, unfold the handle and let its auto-lock engage before use. Work with the head that suits the hair length and area, using the grip to guide the shaver across hard-to-reach spots. When you move to the chest, beard, hands, or another body area, remove the handle for direct control. The separate heads and detachable handle make it easier to adapt the same grooming tool to different parts of the routine.

## Buying verdict

Many body groomers use a compact handheld format, the VIKICON FK-8609 adds an extended handle for back access while keeping a detachable option for other areas. That combination is useful if you want to groom your back independently and also use the device across the body. The 6D floating shaver, separate trimmer head, guide combs, and wet-or-dry design support different grooming tasks in one system. It’s a practical fit for routines that call for long-reach back grooming and flexible use beyond the back.
