## Description

This 10-piece glass meal prep kit from VERONES brings a balanced mix of capacity and versatility for weekly cooking and leftovers. The set includes larger 34 oz containers for main portions and smaller 12 oz portions for snacks or sides, making it a practical glass meal prep containers set for people managing portions and packing lunches.

## Key Points

The containers are made of borosilicate glass, which the manufacturer indicates can go from fridge to oven to freezer without warping. The stackable design helps save shelf and fridge space, and the lids snap on to form a tight seal that reduces spills and keeps food fresher. These lunch boxes do not absorb odors or stains the way some plastics can, so they stay clearer over time. 🥗

Lids are exclusive, BPA-free, and designed to open and close easily, while maintaining their sealing performance across repeated use. Keep in mind that the lids should be removed before heating food or placing them in the dishwasher according to the manufacturer, while the glass itself is dishwasher safe. The set includes a neutral grey lid color that suits many kitchen styles. 🍱

## Technical Specifications

- Name: **VERONES 10 Pack Glass Meal Prep Containers**
- Large container capacity: **34 oz (1040 ml)**, 5 pieces
- Small container capacity: **12 oz (370 ml)**, 5 pieces
- Material: borosilicate glass; lids are BPA-free plastic
- Compatibility: glass safe for microwave, oven, freezer and dishwasher; lids not suitable for oven, microwave, or dishwasher.

## Usage Recommendations

For reheating or baking, remove the lids and place only the glass portion in the microwave or oven. When freezing meals, leave space at the top of the container to allow for expansion of liquids. Because glass is heavier than plastic, these containers may add weight to a packed lunch, but they also reduce the risk of spills and staining. For stacking stability, align lids fully before placing another container on top.

If portion control is a goal, use the 12 oz containers for snacks or sauces and the 34 oz containers for main dishes. For transport, double-check the snap closures after packing to minimize the chance of leaks when carrying soups or saucy dishes in a bag. The set suits meal prep, office lunches, picnic packing, and storing leftovers in a compact and reusable way.
