VENSWID Magnetic Fan, 12000mAh

The digital display makes this magnetic fan easier to manage in a small cabin: you can see the battery level and selected speed without guessing, then switch the screen off when you’re trying to sleep. Its 12000mAh rechargeable battery, adjustable airflow, and built-in light bring several travel-friendly features into one compact unit. The main tradeoff is how it mounts: the magnet needs a metal surface, so it won’t attach everywhere. A Velcro strap is included as added security, but placement still matters.

Key specifications

The fan offers three speed settings, shown on the digital display, and a head that rotates 360° vertically and horizontally to aim airflow where you need it. That flexibility could be useful in a shared cabin: attach it to a suitable metal bed frame or wall, then angle it toward your side rather than relying on a fixed desk fan. The display can be turned off to avoid adding light while you sleep, and the built-in LED has three brightness levels for reading or finding your way around a dim space.

The 12000mAh battery is listed for 7–30 hours of runtime per charge, depending on use. Charging is via USB or Type-C, with 5V-2A charging support, the Type-C port allows the fan to run while charging, and the USB port can charge a cell phone. Those are useful options for travel, though the runtime range means you shouldn’t assume the longest figure applies at every speed. The listed dimensions are 2.9 x 6.6 x 7.4 inches.

Who it’s for

This setup suits travelers who want directed airflow without giving up a table or nightstand, especially if their cabin, RV, or work area has a metal surface for mounting. It may also make sense for camping or other travel where a rechargeable fan and a small light are handy together. A solid pick if you value flexible placement, a visible battery readout, and the option to turn off the display at bedtime.

It might not be a great match if your intended mounting spot isn’t metal and you don’t have a suitable way to secure the included strap. It’s also a compact personal fan, not a substitute for a larger fan when you need airflow across a whole room. The maker describes its motor as quiet, but no noise level is provided, so light sleepers who need a specific decibel limit won’t have that detail to compare.

Included in the package

The listed package includes a durable Oxford carrying bag, which gives you a way to pack the fan with other travel gear. A Velcro strap is also provided to add security alongside the magnetic base. The product description doesn’t specify the contents of the charging setup, so don’t assume a wall adapter or cable is included based on the details provided.

Before you decide

Does the display stay on while you sleep? It can be switched off with a one-touch setting, according to the maker.

Can the fan run while it charges? The description says it can operate while charging through the Type-C port.

Will the magnet work on any cabin wall? Only if the mounting area is metal, the strap offers another way to secure it, but the product details don’t say it works on nonmetal surfaces without that strap.

When it makes sense

Choose this fan when compact size, adjustable direction, a battery readout, and a built-in light matter more than broad room coverage. Compared with a basic clip-on or tabletop fan, the magnetic base can free up a surface and the display makes power and speed easier to check. If your space lacks a metal mounting point, or you need confirmed noise levels or stronger whole-room airflow, a different style of fan is likely a better fit.
