## Description

The 10 ft x 3/4 in white roll of VELCRO Brand Sticky Back for Fabrics is made with nylon and polyester and can be cut into strips for clothing and household fabric projects. Its peel-and-stick format is intended for jobs such as hemming, repairing fabric, or adding a closure without sewing, ironing, or applying separate glue.

Use a short strip for a small repair or cut a longer piece for a hem or curtain. Compared with sewing, this is a no-sew approach, a stitched repair may make more sense when you specifically want thread holding the fabric together.

## Usage tips
Cut the roll to the length you need, peel the backing, and press the tape onto the fabric. The product information lists hemming, clothing repairs, temporary attachment, and adjustments among its uses. It also describes using the tape to replace closures such as snaps or zippers, mend curtains, or add fabric embellishments. For a practical home project, a cut strip could be used to secure a pant hem without taking out a needle and thread, the roll format lets you choose the strip length rather than work from pre-cut pieces.

The product description says it bonds to cotton, polyester, polyester blends, and nylon, and describes cold-water washing and low-heat tumble drying. However, buyers report mixed experiences with adhesion and durability: some say it holds well, while others say it comes loose or does not stay attached to fabric. Some also mention sewing it in place. That makes the feedback worth weighing if the repair needs to remain secure through repeated wear or washing. It suits you if you want a cut-to-length, no-sew fastener for a craft, hem, or light fabric repair. Not the best choice if you need assured long-term hold on a particular garment, since buyer experiences with adhesion vary.

## Included in the package
The listed package quantity is one roll. It is supplied as a 10 ft length of white tape, so you can cut strips to suit a project instead of relying on a fixed set of lengths. The product information does not list additional tools or sewing accessories as included.

## Buying verdict
This roll is most relevant when avoiding sewing is a priority and you want to size the fastener yourself for a clothing, curtain, costume, or craft project. It offers a different workflow from a traditional sewn-on closure: cut, peel, and press rather than stitch. The manufacturer describes a permanent bond, but buyer feedback is mixed on whether the adhesive stays put on fabric, so consider the attachment surface and how dependable the repair needs to be. For a low-stakes hem or project where a cut-to-length adhesive strip is convenient, the format is straightforward, for a repair where failure would be a problem, a sewn method may be the more suitable approach.
