## Description

At 12.5 inches deep, 10 inches wide, and 19 inches high, the VEAGASO VG380 is designed to fit into rooms such as basements, bedrooms, and bathrooms. Its listed coverage is up to 2,500 square feet, with a removable 0.53-gallon tank and an included drain hose for two ways to manage collected water.

Choose a mode for everyday humidity control, indoor clothes drying, or continuous operation in damp areas. The LED touch panel puts settings and humidity readings within reach.

## Practical tips

For everyday use, DEHU mode lets you set a target humidity from 30% to 80% in 5% increments. The unit runs toward that target and cycles back on if humidity rises above it, helping maintain your chosen level without repeatedly adjusting the controls. DRY mode is intended to speed indoor clothes drying, while CONT mode keeps running regardless of the humidity reading—a useful choice for persistently damp spaces such as basements or crawl spaces.

Placement and drainage can follow the room setup. Use the removable tank for collected water, or connect the included hose to a floor drain or sink for continuous drainage. When the tank fills, automatic shutoff stops operation and an indicator light signals that it needs attention. An adjustable timer can be set from 1 to 24 hours, and the integrated handle and swivel casters make it easier to move the unit between rooms.

## Pros

Three distinct operating modes let you match the dehumidifier to routine humidity control, laundry, or an area that needs ongoing moisture removal. The touchscreen provides fan-speed, timer, humidity, and mode controls, while its display shows current humidity. At low speed, operation is rated at up to 40 dB, a practical detail for spaces where quieter operation matters, including bedrooms and home offices.

Buyers commonly praise its moisture removal, ease of operation, and relatively quiet sound. Feedback is more varied on tank capacity and reliability, so the drain hose is a useful option when you prefer not to empty the reservoir manually. For shoppers comparing tank-only units with models that offer continuous drainage, the VG380 provides both approaches in one unit.

## What to clarify

**What does each operating mode do?** DEHU maintains a selected humidity target, DRY is designed for indoor clothes drying, and CONT runs continuously regardless of the humidity level.

**Can it drain without using the tank?** Yes. Connect the included drain hose to a floor drain or sink for continuous drainage. The removable tank is the alternative, automatic shutoff and an indicator light signal when it is full.

**How do you set a humidity target?** Use the LED touch panel in DEHU mode to choose a level from 30% to 80% in 5% increments. The display also shows the current room humidity.

## Final verdict

The VEAGASO VG380 suits home users who want one dehumidifier for several indoor situations, with dedicated modes for everyday humidity control, laundry, and continuously damp areas. Its removable tank, hose-based drainage, humidity settings, and movable design make it adaptable to the room and drainage setup you have.
