## Description

When a printer takes up desk space but still needs to stay close, a rolling stand can move it out of the main work area without making it harder to reach. This VASAGLE cart has a top shelf for a printer and two open shelves below for paper, ink, or folders.

Its ebony-black finish and steel frame give it an industrial look, while the locking wheels let you keep it in place once positioned. The tradeoff is that the listed top measures 19.1 x 15.9 inches, so larger printers may not fit comfortably.

## Key specifications

The stand measures 19.1 x 15.9 x 30.1 inches overall. Its top is rated to support up to 99 lb, and the lower open shelf is rated for up to 33 lb. It has three tiers, a particleboard top and shelves, and a steel frame. Four wheels are included, two lock.

Those details make it more than a simple printer riser: the lower shelves can keep supplies nearby, while the wheels make it easier to reposition the setup. The listed dimensions and weight limits are according to the maker, shelf dimensions beyond the top are not provided.

## Who it’s for

This layout suits a home office where the printer is used often but does not need to occupy the desktop. For example, you could keep paper and ink on the lower shelves, roll the cart beside your desk for a print job, then lock two wheels to help hold it in position. It makes sense if you want storage and mobility in one stand rather than a fixed platform with no room for supplies.

The 30.1-inch overall height may affect whether it fits under a particular desk, and the product details do not state the clearance needed. You may want to skip it if your printer is larger than the top surface or you need a fully enclosed place to store office supplies, the shelves are open.

## In the box

The package includes the printer stand, assembly instructions, and an Allen key. The cart arrives unassembled, so plan on putting it together before use. The available details do not specify the assembly time or whether additional tools are needed.

## Questions before you buy

**Will it fit my printer?** The top measures 19.1 x 15.9 inches and is described for most inkjet printers or fax machines. Compare your printer’s footprint with those measurements before choosing it.

**Can it hold a heavy printer?** The stated limit for the top is up to 99 lb. The lower open shelf has a separate limit of up to 33 lb.

**Do all the wheels lock?** No. The stand has four wheels, and two are lockable. If you need every wheel to lock, this setup does not provide that.

## Is it worth it?

This is a practical choice when you want a printer off your desk but still within reach, with open storage for everyday supplies and wheels for repositioning. Compared with a basic stationary stand, it adds mobility and two lower shelves, compared with a larger storage cabinet, it takes a more open, compact approach. The main decision points are fit and desk clearance: choose it when the printer footprint works with the top and the height suits your space, but look for a wider or enclosed option if either requirement is a mismatch.
