## Description

On a crowded commute or while moving through a busy airport, a zipper that slides open can leave a bag more exposed than you’d like. Vantamo’s set of four clips is designed to secure zipper pulls and add a small extra deterrent.

They can also replace a missing zipper pull, so you can get a bag back into use without tools.

If you prioritize a quick, compact way to secure zipper pulls, these clips fit that approach, if you prefer a dedicated lock with clearly stated security specifications, this set offers less information to assess.

## Where it shines

The main appeal is flexibility. Use the clips to help keep backpack, purse, or luggage zippers from opening accidentally, or as replacement pulls when one has gone missing. They’re also described as attachable to bag loops, which gives them another everyday use: keeping a small item such as a mini flashlight, hand sanitizer, or charm close at hand.

Picture stepping onto a packed train with your backpack zipped and the clips attached to its pulls. They add a small obstacle for someone trying to open the bag unnoticed, while still serving a practical purpose when you need to grab your belongings. That’s a deterrent, not a guarantee against theft, the product details don’t specify a lock strength or describe protection against a determined attempt.

Worth considering if you want one compact accessory that can work as a zipper replacement, a way to secure bag zippers, or a small attachment point. The set of four may also be useful if you want clips for more than one bag, though the listing doesn’t explain how many clips you’d use on a particular bag.

## What to know

These are zipper clips, not a substitute for keeping valuables close or watching your bag in a busy place. The description says they’re easy to install without tools, but doesn’t provide dimensions, material, or details about the closing mechanism. If a particular bag has unusually shaped zipper pulls or loops, there isn’t enough information here to confirm how well the clips will fit.

They’re positioned for daily carrying and travel, including backpacks, purses, and luggage. Use the clip to connect zipper pulls or attach it to a loop, avoid assuming that the added security makes a bag pickpocket-proof. It may not suit you if you need a conventional lock, want documented security specifications, or need confirmed compatibility with a specific zipper design.

## Best use cases

These clips make the most sense for everyday bags when you want a simple extra step against accidental openings, or when a missing pull makes a zipper awkward to use. They can also be handy on a travel bag as a modest deterrent, especially if you value a small multipurpose accessory over a dedicated locking device.

For a basic backpack or purse, try them on the zipper pulls you use most, then check that the bag still opens and closes comfortably. If you plan to attach a small accessory to a loop, keep its size and weight modest, the product description doesn’t state a load limit. For higher-stakes protection, look for a solution with clearly documented locking details rather than relying on a clip alone.

## Is it worth it?

Vantamo’s set is worth a look if your goal is to add a convenient zipper fastener, replace a lost pull, or make a bag a little less easy to open casually. Its strongest case is versatility across backpacks, purses, and luggage, with an extra use as an attachment point for small items.

The trade-off is limited detail: there’s no stated material, size, or security rating, so it’s hard to judge fit and strength before buying. Choose it for a practical, low-complexity add-on, not as a standalone answer to theft concerns. If you need a more secure or specifically documented locking solution, a purpose-built lock is the better fit.
