## Description

Raised ceramic fish create a slow-feeding layout designed to make quick meals more gradual. The elevated form gives cats a raised place to eat, while the nonslip base helps keep the bowl steady. Could a more engaging bowl make mealtime easier to pace? Its 12-fluid-ounce capacity works with dry or wet food.

## Practical tips
Use the bowl for your cat’s regular dry or wet meals, arranging food around the raised fish design. That built-in shape gives fast eaters a different layout from a plain, open dish and encourages them to take food more gradually. The elevated design is intended to support a more comfortable feeding posture, and the nonslip pad on the wide base helps keep the bowl in place as your cat eats. For everyday care, rinse away food residue or put the ceramic bowl in the dishwasher.

## Pros
The raised fish design gives the bowl its slow-feeder function without relying on a separate insert. Ceramic construction offers a substantial feeding dish, and the gray finish brings a simple, neutral look to an indoor feeding area. The nonslip base is a practical detail for energetic mealtimes, helping limit movement across the floor. It is designed for cats of all breed sizes and for both dry and wet food.

Buyers commonly appreciate the raised design and its slow-feeding purpose. Some say the height helps their cats eat without straining, and others value the bowl for slowing meals, especially for older cats. Reduced vomiting is also mentioned by some buyers, though each cat’s response can differ. The appearance and sturdy feel are additional points customers highlight.

## Key points
This is a single ceramic cat bowl in gray, with a 12-fluid-ounce capacity. Its listed dimensions are 6.2 inches long by 4.5 inches wide by 5 inches high, and it weighs 2.4 pounds. The bowl is intended for indoor use and accommodates dry or wet food. A non-slip adhesive pad on the bottom helps stabilize the wide base. The slow-feeder design is intended to encourage slower eating, it is a feeding aid, not a treatment for digestive concerns.

Compared with a standard open dish, this bowl adds raised interior shapes and an elevated feeding position. It makes sense if you want those features in one ceramic bowl for routine meals, rather than a basic dish with an unobstructed interior. For a typical feeding setup, place it in your cat’s usual eating area and serve the food your cat already eats.

## Practical questions

**Can I use it for wet food as well as dry food?** Yes. The bowl is intended for both wet and dry cat food, so it can serve different everyday meals.

**What is the slow-feeder design for?** Raised ceramic fish shape the eating area to encourage a slower pace. The bowl is designed to support more gradual eating, not to guarantee a particular health result.

**How do I clean the bowl?** It is dishwasher safe. You can also rinse away food residue with water as part of regular cleanup.

## Buying verdict
For cat owners looking to replace a basic dish with an elevated slow feeder, the vancasso GJMW brings together a raised fish-shaped interior, ceramic construction, and a nonslip base. Its 12-fluid-ounce capacity and suitability for wet or dry food make it a practical fit for everyday indoor feeding.
