## Description

A two-cartridge pack pairs one black cartridge with one tri-color cartridge, giving you both ink types for a compatible printer.

These are remanufactured Valuetoner cartridges, not HP-branded originals. The listing specifies an updated chip and names several HP DeskJet, ENVY, and AMP models as compatible.

The main buying question is printer recognition and expected output. Compatibility and print results receive mixed feedback from buyers, and the listing gives conflicting page-yield figures.

## Quick overview

The Valuetoner 65XL pack is intended as a replacement for HP 65-style black and color cartridges. It includes one black cartridge and one tri-color cartridge, so it suits a household or home office that needs both for everyday documents and color printing. The product is identified as remanufactured and is listed with an updated chip.

Named compatible models include the HP DeskJet 3755, 3758, 3720, 3722, 2655, and 2652, ENVY 5052, 5055, and 5058, and AMP 100, 105, 120, 125, and 130. The listing also includes additional models in those series. Since compatibility depends on the exact printer model, match your printer’s model number against the full compatibility list before ordering rather than relying only on its series name.

Buyers describe the cartridges’ value and print quality positively in some cases, but feedback on printer recognition, clarity, color, and how long the ink lasts is mixed. The listing also gives different yield figures in different places, so its page estimates are not a clear basis for predicting how many pages this pack will print.

## Getting the most from it

Check the printer’s exact model and the cartridge designation before choosing this replacement. That small step matters when several printers share a product family but have different cartridge requirements. The updated chip is a stated feature, but it does not eliminate the possibility of recognition or communication issues reported by some buyers.

For routine printing, the paired black and tri-color cartridges cover both text and color needs without buying those ink types separately. If predictable output is the priority, compare the remanufactured format with original-brand cartridges and weigh the mixed reports against your tolerance for variation. This pack’s appeal is its two-cartridge format and compatibility list, not a guaranteed match for every printer experience.

## Best use cases

This set makes sense for owners of a listed DeskJet, ENVY, or AMP printer who want a black-and-color replacement pack for general home printing. It can be a practical fit for a mix of text pages and occasional color documents, as long as the exact printer model appears on the compatibility list.

Worth considering if you want both cartridge colors in one pack and are open to a remanufactured alternative. It’s not for you if you specifically need HP-branded original cartridges or want page-yield figures that are consistent enough to plan printing around. Compared with buying only the color or black cartridge you have run out of, this pack provides both, that is useful when you need to replenish both, but less tailored if only one color is due for replacement.

## Before you decide

**What comes in the pack?** One black remanufactured cartridge and one tri-color remanufactured cartridge.

**Which printers are listed as compatible?** Examples include DeskJet 3755 and 2655, ENVY 5055 and 5052, and AMP 100. Check the complete model list for your printer before choosing.

**How many pages can the cartridges print?** The supplied listing contains conflicting yield figures, so a reliable page estimate cannot be determined from those details.

## Final verdict

The Valuetoner 65XL is worth considering when you need both black and color ink for a specifically listed printer and are comfortable with a remanufactured cartridge. The updated chip and broad model list are relevant buying details, while mixed buyer reports and inconsistent yield information make it a less predictable choice for anyone who needs dependable recognition or a clear page-count estimate. Match the exact printer model first, then decide whether the two-cartridge format suits your replacement needs.
