Utopia Bedding King Mattress Encasement, Waterproof Zippered Cover, Fits Up to 15" Deep

Some mattress covers protect only the top, this king-size encasement wraps around all sides. Its zippered design gives the mattress full coverage, while the waterproof barrier helps protect against spills, sweat, and everyday accidents.

The smooth knitted polyester fabric is designed to lie flat and stay quiet, so the cover can protect your mattress without a crinkling feel.

Sized for a king mattress up to 15 inches deep, it combines an all-around fit with machine-washable care for practical everyday use.

How to use it

Fit the encasement around a clean, dry king mattress, then close the wraparound zipper to enclose the mattress on all sides. The stretchy fabric helps it fit into place, and the secure closure is designed to keep the cover from shifting during use. Check that your mattress measures 78 by 80 inches and is no more than 15 inches deep for the stated fit.

For routine care, machine wash the cover with regular laundry and tumble dry on low heat. This straightforward care makes it easier to keep the protective layer fresh as part of your normal bedding routine.

Benefits

Full coverage is the main difference between this encasement and a cover that sits over only the mattress surface. By enclosing all six sides and closing with a wraparound zipper, it creates a protective layer around the mattress. That makes it useful for everyday bedrooms where spills, perspiration, or drink accidents are a concern, including homes with children or pets.

The waterproof layer helps keep liquid from reaching the mattress, while the smooth polyester fabric is made to feel comfortable rather than stiff. Its non-crinkling construction also helps avoid the noisy feel some people associate with protective bedding. The stretchy fit and secure zipper work together to keep the cover in place instead of leaving the sides exposed as the bed is used.

For a practical bedroom routine, put the encasement on the mattress beneath your regular bedding and leave it in place as a protective layer. When it needs cleaning, machine washing and low-heat tumble drying make maintenance simple. A surface-only protector may suit shoppers looking for coverage on the sleeping area, this full encasement is suited to those who want the mattress enclosed on every side.
