## Description

## Everyday use
For cat owners who want to catch litter tracked from the box, this pink USHARP mat creates a dedicated landing area around the litter station. Its two-layer honeycomb surface catches loose litter from cats’ paws, helping keep it in one place for cleanup. At 32 x 22 inches, it fits beneath or in front of many litter boxes. The waterproof lower layer helps protect hardwood floors and carpets from urine and spills.

The soft EVA surface is designed to be gentle on paws, while the slip-resistant base helps the mat stay in place as cats walk across it. A 5 mm edge helps contain scattered litter. Set it where your cat exits the box, then lift the top layer to collect trapped litter when it’s time to tidy up.

## Strengths
The two-layer design gives this mat a practical advantage over a flat litter-catching surface: litter falls into the honeycomb openings and stays gathered between layers, ready to be poured back into the box or disposed of. Why sweep the same stray granules from the floor when they can be collected at the source? The lower layer is waterproof and urine-proof, adding a protective barrier between the litter area and the floor.

Cleanup is straightforward. Lift the mat and pour out captured litter, then wipe, wash, or vacuum it as needed. The material is described as quick-drying, with a drying time of 5–10 minutes. Buyers also praise its litter collection, size, and ease of cleaning. Feedback on durability is mixed: some find it durable, while others say cats have shredded the honeycomb top layer. The mat’s scent-free EVA construction and soft surface round out its everyday, paw-level design.

## Before you decide
**What litter types is the mat designed to catch?** Its honeycomb surface is designed for most types of cat litter. As litter falls from your cat’s paws, it collects between the layers for easier removal.

**Can it help protect the floor from urine?** The waterproof, urine-proof lower layer is designed to protect hardwood floors and carpets from cat urine and spills. Position the mat beneath or near the litter box to create a protective area.

**How do you clean it?** Lift the mat to pour out trapped litter, then wipe it down, wash it with water, or vacuum it. The product description gives a 5–10 minute drying time.

## Is it worth it?
This mat brings litter collection and floor protection together in one easy-to-place setup. It suits cat owners looking for a defined cleanup zone around the litter box, especially when tracked granules and occasional spills are a concern. The two-layer honeycomb design makes litter easier to gather, and the waterproof base adds a practical layer of protection for the floor beneath it.
