## Description

Some spa owners want an outer cover focused on keeping weather and yard debris off the hot tub. Others need something designed to fit over an insulated hard cover while allowing airflow. The ULTCOVER UCH is made for that layered setup, with a square 80-inch size and protective fabric for outdoor use.

## Key specifications
- Type: Floating square hot tub cover
- Size: 6'8" x 6'8", designed for hot tubs up to 80 x 80 inches
- Material: 600D polyester with a UV-resistant coating and waterproof backing, listed material composition is 70% polyester and 30% PVC
- Color: Brown
- Features: Two built-in side vents and adjustable elastic drawcords

The 600D fabric is designed to shield the spa’s hard cover from rain, hail, snow, dust, leaves, and bird droppings. Its UV-resistant coating helps protect against sun exposure and fading, while the waterproof backing adds a barrier against wet weather. The vents promote airflow, and the drawcords let you tighten the fit around the tub to help keep the cover in place when it’s windy.

## Everyday compatibility
Use this cover over an insulated hard hot tub cover, it is not a standalone spa cover. Its square shape and 80 x 80-inch dimensions suit hot tubs up to that size. For a practical fit check, measure the spa’s existing hard cover across both sides and compare those measurements with the listed dimensions before placing the outer cover.

Once in place, the full-coverage design helps keep common outdoor debris off the spa top between uses. That’s useful for a hot tub on an uncovered patio, where leaves, dust, and direct sun can reach the cover. The adjustable cords provide a way to secure it around the spa, while the built-in vents support airflow beneath the fabric. For care, clean it by hand, gentle cleaning with mild detergent and air-drying are suitable approaches for dirt or stains.

## Who it’s for
This cover is suited to hot tub owners looking to protect an insulated hard cover from weather and debris, especially when the spa sits outdoors. It also gives the spa a finished brown exterior while covering the existing top. Buyers commonly praise how the cover fits over an original spa cover and how easy it is to put on and take off. Some also note that it works with a cover-lift bar. Feedback on long-term wear is mixed, and some customers report fading in sun, so the fabric’s UV-resistant coating is relevant for exposed setups.

## Should you buy it?
Choose the ULTCOVER UCH when you want an outdoor layer sized for a square hot tub up to 80 x 80 inches, rather than a replacement for the insulated hard cover itself. Its 600D polyester construction, waterproof backing, vented sides, and adjustable cords address the everyday job of covering and securing a spa top. For an uncovered patio or a hot tub that collects leaves and dust between uses, it offers a practical way to protect the existing hard cover while keeping the setup easy to access.
