## Description

Adults looking for a compact ball to add to Pilates, yoga, barre, or core-focused exercise routines can use the Trideer 9-inch exercise ball as a versatile accessory. Its small format is suited to floor-based movements, toning routines, and physical therapy exercises, while the lightly textured, non-slip surface helps it stay in place during use.

Made from flexible PVC, this navy ball measures 9 inches (23 cm) in diameter. An included pump supports inflation, insert the plug promptly after inflating.

## Who it’s for
This ball is designed for adults who want a compact accessory for exercise and fitness. It can be incorporated into Pilates floor routines, yoga, barre, HIIT, and other toning exercises. Its small size also makes it practical for adding focused movements to a home workout or carrying along when traveling. For a routine built around a full-size stability ball, that larger format serves a different purpose, this 9-inch version is the compact choice for exercises that use a smaller ball.

## Pros
The lightly textured surface is designed to provide a non-slip feel, helping the ball remain in place as you move through floor exercises. Its flexible PVC construction keeps it soft and elastic when fully inflated, making it suitable for routines that call for a squeezable exercise ball. The included pump makes inflation part of the setup, and the small diameter is convenient to store between workouts or pack for travel.

The format lends itself to varied sessions, from Pilates and barre movements to core and arm exercises. Customers describe using the ball for floor routines and pelvic floor exercises, and some appreciate having it available for brief workouts during the day. These are user impressions rather than a substitute for guidance from a qualified professional when using an exercise ball as part of rehabilitation.

## What to know
This is the XXS size: 9 inches (23 cm) in diameter, in navy, with PVC construction. Inflate it before use and insert the plug promptly once inflation is complete. The ball is intended for adult exercise and fitness activities.

Customer feedback is mixed on sizing, inflation, and durability. Some buyers find the size right for their routines, while others would prefer a larger ball. Experiences with inflation and how well the ball retains air also vary, as do reports of long-term durability. The practical takeaway is to choose this compact size for routines that call for a mini exercise ball, rather than selecting by the general term “yoga ball” alone.

## Should you buy it?
A solid pick if you want a small, portable exercise ball for Pilates, barre, yoga, or targeted toning routines. The 9-inch diameter gives it a distinct role alongside larger fitness balls, while the textured PVC surface and included pump make it ready to incorporate into a compact home or travel workout setup.
