Trideer TRUSAM-YBAM-PVFR23 9-Inch Exercise Ball, Textured PVC
Product description
Why it makes sense
At 9 inches (23 cm), the Trideer exercise ball is a compact choice for focused movement rather than a full-size stability ball. Its PVC construction and lightly textured, frosted surface make it suited to floor-based Pilates, yoga, barre, and other fitness routines where a smaller ball can add a versatile prop.
Use it for core-focused movements, toning exercises, or rehabilitation routines. Its small format is also convenient to carry between home, the gym, and travel. Looking for a compact exercise prop for a mat routine rather than a large ball for seated exercises?
Buyers highlight its usefulness across different workouts, while feedback is mixed on inflation, durability, and whether the size suits their needs. The 9-inch diameter gives you a clear size reference when choosing between this mini ball and a larger exercise ball.
The essentials
The ball is made from polyvinyl chloride (PVC) and has a non-slip, slightly textured surface designed to help it stay in place during movement. That can be useful when positioning it between the legs, under the body, or against a wall for controlled exercise variations. Its flexible feel supports routines that use a small ball as a movement aid, rather than as a large balance seat.
The listed size is XXS, with a 9-inch (23 cm) diameter, and the color is Dusty Rose. It is intended for adults and listed for exercise, fitness, and yoga. A smaller ball makes sense for routines where a compact prop is the goal, choose a full-size exercise ball instead when the exercise calls for a much larger surface.
Cleaning & care
After use, place the ball on a clear, stable surface as you move between exercises. Avoid leaving it on wooden furniture for extended periods, as this may damage the furniture. Its compact size also makes it easy to put away between sessions or bring along when you exercise away from home.
