Triberion 550lb-DesertCamo-1000ft Paracord Rope, 550 lb, 7-Strand
Product description
For campers, DIY makers, and homeowners who want a long supply of utility cord on hand, the Triberion 550lb-DesertCamo-1000ft paracord comes on a 1,000-foot spool. Its 4 mm diameter, seven-strand core, and 550 lb tensile strength suit a range of practical tasks, from tying down gear to weaving bracelets and lanyards.
The Desert Camo polyester cord is designed for outdoor and everyday projects. Its smooth, compact weave is easy to handle and knot, so one spool can support both functional fixes and creative work.
Getting the most from it
Use this paracord to secure camping gear, tie tent or shelter lines, make a clothesline, or handle household and garage tasks such as hanging equipment. For craft projects, it can be braided or woven into bracelets, keychains, belts, collars, handle wraps, and other accessories. The 1,000-foot length is especially useful when a project calls for repeated cuts or you want cord available for several different jobs, rather than buying short lengths one at a time.
Its seven inner core yarns are made from three twisted strands each, surrounded by a tightly woven 32-strand sheath. That construction gives the cord a flexible feel for knotting and weaving while providing a substantial utility line for general outdoor and home use. What would you reach for first: a repair cord for your pack or material for a custom project? This spool is suited to both.
When securing items, check the knots and anchor points, and do not exceed the cord’s 550 lb rated strength. The rating describes the cord’s tensile strength, it is not a substitute for checking the full setup.

Why it’s worth it
A long spool makes sense for people who move between outdoor setup, repairs, and hands-on projects. Keep it in a toolbox, garage, camping kit, or backpack for tying gear, making a temporary clothesline, or having cord ready for a repair. For someone planning just one small craft, a short cut may be a simpler format, the full spool is more useful when ongoing access and varied projects are the priority.
Buyers describe the cord as durable and versatile, and also mention that it is easy to tie and braid. Some praise the Desert Camo color and its usefulness for practical tasks. These are individual impressions, while the cord’s stated construction and tensile rating provide the concrete details for choosing it.
