## Description

The folding Trek-Z design packs down to 15 inches, making these trekking poles easier to stow in a backpack or checked luggage between hikes. The set includes two adjustable poles for support on trails and walks.

A flip-lock system lets you set the pole length to suit your height and terrain, while the EVA foam grips help keep your hands comfortable and dry. What makes this set especially practical for travel? Its compact folded size pairs with adjustable length, so the poles are ready for the trail without taking up as much space when packed.

The aluminum poles come in two stated adjustment ranges: 100–120 cm for users from 4'11" to 5'10", or 115–135 cm for users from 5'5" to 6'5". Select the range that suits your height.

## Practical tips

Set the flip locks securely after adjusting the poles, and choose a length that feels comfortable for the route. The included mud stops can provide a firmer grip in muddy areas, snow baskets, rubber tips, and rubber feet offer additional options for different walking surfaces. Fold the poles for compact storage after use. For air travel, pack them in checked luggage, as trekking poles are not permitted in airline carry-on baggage under the stated TSA guidance.

## Why it’s worth it

Compared with fixed-length poles or bulkier designs, the Trek-Z combines adjustable sizing with a tri-fold structure that packs down to 15 inches. That makes it a useful fit for hikers who want walking support on the trail and compact gear for road trips or other travel. The set includes a carry bag to keep the poles together when stored.

Buyers highlight the poles’ portability and adjustability, and describe the build quality positively. These are useful points for shoppers looking for a pair that can be adjusted for fit and packed away between outings.

## Highlights

Each set contains two aluminum trekking poles with EVA foam grips and a flip-lock adjustment system. The stated length options cover 100–120 cm or 115–135 cm, with corresponding recommended height ranges. The compact, tri-fold design measures 15 inches when folded.

The included components are one carry bag, two rubber tips, two mud stops, two snow baskets, two rubber feet, and two trekking poles. This combination supports a range of trail and walking setups, from muddy paths to everyday balance support.

## Questions before you buy
