## Description

Some seats call for a softer feel, while others benefit from a firmer surface that adds height and support. The TranquilRelax XL seat cushion brings a medium-firm memory foam design and a 3.35-inch lift to office chairs, car seats, and other seating.

Its beveled shape and breathable mesh cover make it a practical choice for longer stretches of sitting at a desk or behind the wheel.

## Key specifications
- Type: XL memory foam seat cushion
- Size: 18.5 x 16.92 inches
- Height: 3.35 inches
- Firmness: Medium firm
- Color: Gray
- Cover: Removable 100% polyester mesh
- Base: Non-slip rubber

The raised profile can help bring a chair’s seating position higher, while the beveled front gives the legs room at the edge. The cushion is designed to distribute sitting pressure and support the tailbone area. Its breathable, moisture-wicking mesh cover is zippered and removable for washing. Machine wash the cover in cold water on a gentle cycle, do not bleach or tumble dry, and let it air dry completely. The memory foam core is not washable.

## Everyday compatibility
Use the cushion on an office chair for desk work, a car seat for driving, or a dining chair when you want additional height and a more supportive sitting surface. It is also listed for reading, resting, travel, and wheelchair use. For a work-from-home setup, place it on the seat before settling in, for driving, its 3.35-inch lift may be useful for shorter drivers seeking a higher seated position. The rubber base is designed to help limit sliding, and the cushion is portable when you want to move it between seats.

Compared with a simple flat pad, this model combines a beveled profile with a height boost and a washable cover. That makes it particularly relevant when choosing a cushion for both added lift and regular use across different seats. Buyer feedback is positive about comfort and support during extended sitting, while views on firmness and how securely it stays in place vary. The medium-firm feel is a defining part of its design.

## Who it’s for
This cushion suits adults who spend extended periods sitting at a desk, drive regularly, or want extra height on a chair. Its XL rectangular shape offers a broad sitting surface, and the medium-firm foam provides a more supportive feel than a plush, sink-in cushion. It may also suit seniors who want added height when seated, as well as people looking for a portable cushion for different everyday settings.

## Before you decide
**How much height does the cushion add?** It is 3.35 inches high, giving the seat a raised profile for desk, dining, or car use.

**Can the cover be washed?** Yes. Remove the zippered mesh cover and machine wash it in cold water on a gentle cycle. Air dry it completely before putting it back on, the memory foam core should not be washed.

**What does medium-firm feel like here?** The cushion is designed to provide a supportive, stable feel rather than a very soft, sink-in sensation. Customer impressions of firmness vary, so this feel is an important part of choosing it.

## Should you buy it?
Choose the TranquilRelax XL when you want one cushion that adds a defined 3.35-inch lift, offers medium-firm memory foam support, and can move between office and car seating. Its removable mesh cover adds a straightforward care routine, making it well suited to regular sitting at work or on the road.
