## Description

A room that needs less echo calls for a different solution than a setup intended to block every sound from outside. TONOR 22163 hexagon panels are made from dense polyester fiber to absorb sound and help reduce room echo. Their geometric shape also adds a decorative pattern to the space.

## Fit and sizing
The set includes 12 dark gray hexagon panels, each listed as 12" x 10" x 0.4". Arrange them together to create a larger treatment area, or space them across a wall to suit your room layout. Their hexagonal edges make it easy to create a honeycomb-style arrangement around a recording desk, gaming station, or home office.

The self-adhesive backing is designed for smooth, dry surfaces such as painted walls, wood, glass, metal, marble, and tile. Clean the surface, peel away the backing paper, and press each panel into place. The panels are made from 100% polyester fiber, a practical material for studios and shared living spaces.

## Why it’s worth it
Echo can make speech and recorded audio harder to manage in a reflective room. These high-density panels are designed to absorb sound and reduce room reflections, helping create a more controlled environment for recording, gaming, calls, or movie watching. The listed NRC rating is 0.9, and the stated fiber density is 1,700 g/m².

This is an acoustic-treatment approach: it focuses on absorbing sound within a room rather than creating a complete barrier against every outside noise. That distinction is useful when choosing panels for a home studio or office where reducing echo is a priority. The hexagon format combines that function with a finished, coordinated look, so the panels can serve as part of the room’s decor as well as its acoustic setup.

Buyer feedback often highlights the panels’ appearance and general usefulness. Opinions are more mixed on how much they change sound and on how well the adhesive performs, so placement on a smooth, dry surface is an important part of installation.

## Questions before you buy
**Where can these panels be used?** They’re designed for rooms such as recording studios, gaming rooms, home offices, home theaters, living rooms, and bedrooms. Use them where reducing room echo can support the activity, such as recording voice or taking calls.

**How do I install them?** Clean and dry a smooth surface, remove the protective backing paper, and press the panel into place. The listed suitable surfaces include wood, glass, painted walls, metal, marble, and tile.

**Will they completely block a noisy appliance?** They can help reduce some noise, but the manufacturer notes that the panels do not completely block washing-machine noise. Their primary role is sound absorption and echo reduction within a room.

## When it makes sense
It makes sense if your goal is to tame echo in a room where you record, work, game, or watch movies, and you want the treatment to contribute to the room’s appearance. The 12-panel set, dense polyester construction, and adhesive installation make it a practical format for adding acoustic treatment to suitable smooth, dry surfaces.
