## Description

At 10 inches long, each Tomcat Super Hold glue trap is sized for rats and mice. The plastic traps come ready to use, with no pesticide in the glue. This package contains two disposable traps. They are intended for indoor placement, such as along walls or in cupboards where pest activity is suspected.

## Getting the most from it

Place a trap against a wall in a room or cupboard where you have noticed activity, kitchens, basements, and garages are examples given for indoor use. Rodents often travel along walls, so placement near a suspected route is more targeted than setting a trap in the middle of an open floor. If a rat or mouse has not been caught after 2–3 days, the product instructions suggest trying another location. Once a pest is caught, discard the trap and its contents in the trash.

The traps are ready to use out of the package, so there is no baiting or assembly step described. Their stated target range includes rats, mice, snakes, cockroaches, spiders, and scorpions. That breadth may be useful when the pest is not limited to rodents, although the rat-size format is the defining feature of this version.

## Why it makes sense

These traps suit someone who wants a ready-to-use, pesticide-free approach in a specific indoor spot, rather than a trap that needs to be baited or set. The high-contrast glue color is intended to make captured pests easier to identify. For a practical example, two traps can be placed along walls in separate areas where activity has been noticed, such as a kitchen cupboard and a basement wall.

A glue trap is a different approach from a mechanical trap, so the choice comes down to the capture method you prefer and the type of setup you need. It makes sense if you want a rat-size disposable trap that can also be used for the other listed household pests. It’s not for you if you need a product for outdoor placement, the stated use is indoors.

## Is it worth it?

The main buying case is straightforward: two rat-size traps, ready to use, with no pesticide and a stated range of target pests beyond rats and mice. That makes the pack relevant for indoor areas where you want to place a trap directly along a suspected route and check it afterward. The directions also give a next step if there is no catch within 2–3 days: move the trap to another location.

The trade-off is the glue-based, disposable format. If you specifically want a mechanical trap or need a solution intended for outdoor use, this is not the same kind of product. For indoor use where a ready-to-place glue trap fits your preference, Tomcat 0362910 offers a clearly specified rat-size option without requiring bait or setup.
