TODWARM Women's Heated Vest, 16,000mAh Battery

For cold outdoor shifts, bike rides, or time spent moving between indoor and outdoor spaces, a heated layer can add warmth without the bulk of another heavy coat. The TODWARM women’s fleece heated vest combines 15 heating zones with three temperature settings and a 16,000mAh battery pack, so you can adjust warmth around the core while keeping a jacket available as an outer layer.

The controls also let you manage chest and back heat independently, and the light switch is designed to turn the lights off with one touch. That’s useful when you want a lower-profile setup for a commute or outdoor activity.

Key specifications

The vest has 15 heating zones across the back, shoulders, neck, and both side pockets. Its three heat levels switch with a tap, while the dual-zone control lets you adjust the chest and back separately. This gives you more control than a basic heated layer with a single setting, though the listed controls don’t establish that every one of the 15 zones can be adjusted independently.

The included power pack is listed as DC 7.4V and 16,000mAh. The product description claims up to 12 hours on low, but actual runtime can vary with the selected setting and use. USB-A and Type-C ports are also listed for charging other devices. The vest is described as lightweight, breathable, wind resistant, and machine washable, no washing instructions are provided, so follow the garment’s care label before laundering.

Who it’s for

This is aimed at women who want added core warmth for outdoor work, cycling, or layering under a coat. The fleece format and lightweight construction make it more suited to layering than replacing a weatherproof outer jacket. For example, you could wear it beneath a coat during a cold commute, then lower the heat once you’re indoors or moving more actively.

It makes sense if you want adjustable warmth across several areas and value the option to switch off the lights. It might not be a great match if you need a fully specified fit before ordering: garment dimensions aren’t provided, so it’s difficult to judge the cut without that measurement.

Everyday use

The controls are presented as a simple tap-to-change setup, which should be convenient when you’re wearing gloves or don’t want to stop for long to adjust the heat. Independent chest and back control may also help when one area feels colder than the other. Keep in mind that the claimed low-setting runtime is not a guarantee for higher heat levels, and the description doesn’t state how long the battery lasts on medium or high.

The power pack adds utility beyond heating through its USB-A and Type-C ports, but the product details don’t specify charging times or how many full phone charges it provides. Treat those ports as a handy extra rather than a substitute for a dedicated phone battery if dependable device charging is a priority.

Questions before you buy

Can the heat be adjusted by area? The description says chest and back temperatures can be controlled independently. It doesn’t say that each of the 15 zones has its own control.

How long does the battery last? The stated estimate is up to 12 hours on low. No runtime is given for the other two heat settings.

Is the vest machine washable? It is described as machine washable, but no specific washing or battery-removal instructions are included in the product details. Check the care label before washing.

Is it worth it?

The appeal is the combination of broad core coverage, three heat levels, separate chest and back adjustment, and a power pack with device-charging ports. That makes it a more feature-focused choice than an ordinary fleece vest, particularly for people who spend time outdoors and want adjustable warmth under a coat.

The tradeoff is that important buying details are missing: there are no garment dimensions, and only the low-setting battery runtime is stated. Choose it if those controls and heating coverage fit your needs and you’re comfortable checking the fit and care details separately. If precise sizing, clear wash directions, or a confirmed runtime at higher settings are essential, look for a vest whose listing provides those specifics.
