## Description

A water-repellent top and waterproof backing help make this TigeJoy picnic blanket a practical place to sit outdoors. Its 80" x 80" surface gives a group room to gather at the park, beach, or campsite. Sand and dirt can be shaken off after use, and the blanket is machine washable. Planning a picnic or outdoor concert? The checkered Americana style adds a familiar look to your setup.

## The essentials
The blanket combines polyester pongee with cotton fill and a waterproof backing. The surface is described as water-repellent and stain-resistant, while the underside helps block ground moisture. That combination is useful for spreading out on grass or sand, where a regular fabric throw can pick up dirt or dampness. Its 80" x 80" size is listed for groups of 4–8 adults, giving people space to sit together or stretch out. The checkered pattern and green color suit casual outdoor gatherings, from a park lunch to a day by the water.

Buyer feedback often highlights water resistance and use at parks, beaches, and outdoor concerts. Impressions of cushioning, durability, and folding are mixed: some buyers describe it as soft and easy to pack, while others report less padding or find it harder to fold back into shape. That range of experiences can help set expectations when choosing between a padded picnic blanket and a simpler ground cover.

## Fit and sizing
At 80" x 80" (6'8" x 6'8"), this is a large format intended for shared outings rather than a small personal seat. The listed size is suited to groups of 4–8 adults, so it can serve as a common sitting area for a picnic or concert. If you are choosing between a compact individual mat and a larger group blanket, this size prioritizes shared space. It folds for carrying and uses a wide V-shaped hook-and-loop strap to keep it closed, the adjustable strap can be carried by hand or worn crossbody.

## How to use it
Spread the blanket with its waterproof backing against the ground and the patterned surface facing up. It works as a picnic spot on grass, a beach blanket, or a ground cover at a campsite. After use, shake off loose sand and dirt, then machine wash it according to its care instructions. When you are ready to pack up, fold it and secure it with the strap for carrying or storage in the car. The foldable design makes it useful for outings where you want one shared surface that can be packed away afterward.

## Is it worth it?
A solid pick if you want a large, washable outdoor blanket with a water-repellent surface and waterproof backing for group picnics, beach days, and concerts. Its 80" x 80" size provides a defined place for several people to sit, while the shake-off surface and machine-washable care help with cleanup after time outdoors.
