## Tech summary
The water-repellent top and waterproof backing help keep damp ground from interrupting a picnic or beach stop. At 80 x 100 inches, this plaid blanket provides a generous shared surface for outdoor plans. It folds for storage and is machine washable for easier cleanup after use.

- Name: TigeJoy waterproof picnic blanket
- Type: Picnic blanket
- Size: 80 x 100 inches
- Material: Polyester pongee with cotton fill
- Pattern: Plaid
- Features: Foldable, sandproof, spill resistant, washable, waterproof
- Care: Machine wash

## Practical tips
Choose this size when you want more room than a compact personal throw can provide. Spread it over grass at the park, use it as a beach blanket, or set it out at a campsite for a place to sit and relax. Its large rectangular surface gives people space to gather, while the sand-resistant design makes it suited to outings where loose sand or dirt is part of the setting. For a smaller, individual-sized setup, a compact blanket may be easier to carry, this size prioritizes a broad shared area.

The top fabric is described as water repellent and spill resistant, while the backing is waterproof to help block moisture from the ground. After an outing, shake off loose sand or dirt before packing it away. The blanket folds and secures with a wide V-shaped Velcro strap, and its adjustable strap can be used for hand or crossbody carrying.

## Usage tips
For a picnic, spread the blanket on a dry or damp outdoor surface and arrange food, bags, and seating within its 80 x 100-inch area. At the beach, shake away sand before folding. For camping, hiking, or travel, fold it and secure the strap for carrying or storage. Machine washing offers a straightforward way to clean it after regular outdoor use, follow the care instructions when washing.

Buyer feedback highlights the blanket for parks, beaches, and other outdoor events, and customers often appreciate its water resistance and appearance. Opinions are more mixed on how easily it folds back up and on its cushioning: some describe it as soft, while others find the padding minimal or the blanket thinner than expected. If a plush cushion is central to your setup, consider that feedback when choosing, the clearest practical advantage here is its large, water-resistant outdoor surface.

## What to clarify

**What are the blanket’s dimensions?** It measures 100 inches long by 80 inches wide, making it a rectangular option for shared outdoor use.

**Can it be machine washed?** Yes. Machine washing is listed as the care method, which helps simplify cleanup after picnics, beach visits, and camping trips.

**How does it carry when folded?** A wide V-shaped Velcro strap keeps it closed, and the adjustable strap allows hand or crossbody carrying.

## Final verdict
TigeJoy’s 80 x 100-inch picnic blanket is a practical choice for outings where a small throw would leave too little room. Its sand-resistant surface, waterproof backing, foldable design, and machine-washable care suit park picnics, beach days, and campsite use. Choose it when a roomy shared spot to sit is the priority.
