## Description

## Practical tips

Seven accordion pockets give each organizer a place for a separate category, so bills, tax records, school papers, client files, or project documents can stay grouped instead of mixing together in a drawer. The pockets expand up to 1.2 inches each as paperwork accumulates and compress when you need less room. Colorful dividers help distinguish sections at a glance, while the top tabs keep the categories visible.

The folders are designed for loose letter-size papers measuring 8.5 x 11 inches. Place them in a compatible letter-size filing cabinet drawer and slide the hanging hooks along its rails. For everyday filing, sort papers into the relevant pocket as they arrive, for longer-term records, dedicate an organizer to a topic such as insurance or annual tax documents. The enclosed pocket sides help keep loose sheets contained during handling.

## Why it makes sense

This set combines the access of a hanging file with the separated sections of an accordion organizer. Compared with using multiple individual hanging folders, each organizer keeps related documents together while still giving you seven places to sort them. That layout is useful when one subject—such as a household, client, or project—has several distinct paper categories. The three-organizer pack also gives you a straightforward way to divide records by topic or use one organizer in each filing area.

The polypropylene construction is suited to repeated filing and everyday handling, and the enclosed sides help prevent loose documents from slipping between sections. Buyers often appreciate how the folders organize papers in drawers and add color to a filing system. Feedback is mixed on sturdiness, ease of use, and fit, so the clearest guide is the intended format: these hold loose letter-size sheets, not manila folders or legal-size documents.

## Questions before you buy

**What documents fit in these folders?** They are made for loose letter-size sheets measuring 8.5 x 11 inches. They are not sized to hold manila folders or legal-size documents.

**How are the papers divided?** Each organizer has seven expandable pockets and six colorful dividers. Use the sections to separate related documents by category, project, or record type.

**Will they hang in a filing cabinet?** The hooks slide along compatible cabinet rails, and the folders are designed for letter-size filing cabinet drawers. Check that your drawer uses compatible rails before filing.

## When it makes sense

Choose this three-pack when you want to organize loose letter-size records by category and keep them together in a filing cabinet. Its expanding pockets, color-coded dividers, and hanging format suit home, school, and office paperwork that grows over time.
