## Description

The 2-LP format gives this release a physical presentation of music performed by the original Broadway cast of The Lion King. The set is described as yellow-and-black splatter vinyl and celebrates the musical’s 25th anniversary on Broadway, making its edition details part of the appeal for collectors and fans.

It is a focused choice for listeners who want this cast recording on vinyl rather than a general soundtrack collection. The product details do not list individual tracks, so they may not answer a song-specific buying question.

## Tips for day-to-day use
Treat this as a vinyl edition of a particular stage-cast recording, not as a collection that represents every version of The Lion King music. If you are choosing it for a specific song or comparing cast recordings, the supplied details confirm the original Broadway cast but do not name the track list. That distinction can help narrow the decision: this set centers on the original cast performance, while a broader soundtrack release would be a different listening focus.

The yellow-and-black splatter design also gives the records a visual identity beyond standard black vinyl. If the physical edition is part of the reason you are considering it, the color and two-LP format are clearly specified. The listing does not provide further detail about the pressing or packaging, so those aspects cannot be assessed from the available information.

## Usage tips
A vinyl set is intended for record playback, so it makes most sense for someone who already listens to records or is building a vinyl collection. For a casual listener who mainly wants convenient access to the music, a digital or CD edition may suit that routine better, this release is the more format-specific choice.

For a practical listening scenario, it could sit alongside other musical-theater records and be selected when you want the original Broadway cast performance. Keep the anniversary context in mind, too: the product description presents it as a celebration of the show’s 25th Broadway anniversary, not as a newly recorded cast version. A solid pick if that cast and the splatter-vinyl presentation are what you want. Better avoided if you need confirmation of particular songs before choosing, since no track listing is included in the supplied details.

## Practical questions
**Who performs the music?** The set features music performed by the original cast of The Lion King on Broadway.

**What comes in the set?** It is a two-LP vinyl release, described as yellow-and-black splatter vinyl.

**What does the anniversary refer to?** The release celebrates the musical’s 25th anniversary on Broadway.

## Buying verdict
This edition makes the most sense when the original Broadway cast recording and a distinctive colored-vinyl format are both central to the decision. Its anniversary framing gives it a clear identity, while the two-LP format makes it a physical record purchase rather than a general-purpose way to access the songs. The main decision point is how much the specific cast and vinyl presentation matter to you, if you need track-by-track confirmation, the available product details leave that question open.
