## Description

In medium size for ages 5–7, this blue police costume is made from 100% polyester. The set pairs a uniform-style outfit with role-play accessories, including a recorder with light and sound and shoulder police lights. These props give kids something to use as they play police officer at Halloween, school plays, or themed parties.

## What you’ll notice day to day

The outfit and accessories work together to make pretend play more interactive. Kids can use the recorder’s light and sound effects during role-play, while the shoulder light offers seven light frequencies. The set is described with a police hat, shirt, belt, police card, pretend walkie-talkie, and vision gear, alongside the recorder and shoulder lights. Together, these pieces support imaginative play without requiring a separate collection of costume props.

For a child who enjoys acting out familiar community roles, the costume offers a simple way to build a character for a party or school performance. Role-playing as a police officer can also encourage communication and social-responsibility skills, which are listed among the set’s educational objectives.

## What to know

The medium size is recommended for ages 5–7. Age is a useful starting point, and the product guidance also recommends considering a child’s height and build when choosing a size. The costume is blue and made from 100% polyester. The recorder and shoulder light use six LR44 batteries, which are included.

Buyer feedback highlights the range of accessories and the light-and-sound features. Fit feedback is mixed, and some buyers raise concerns about the durability of certain accessories and the costume material. These opinions can help set expectations for dress-up use, they are not a substitute for the product’s stated size guidance and features.

Compared with a basic uniform-only costume, this set puts more emphasis on interactive props. That makes it a practical choice for children who want accessories to use as part of their character, as well as an outfit for a themed event.

## Best use cases

Use the costume for Halloween, costume parties, carnival events, themed gatherings, or a school play. For a party, the light-up shoulder accessory and recorder add visual and sound effects to the outfit, for pretend play at home, the uniform pieces and role-play props give children several ways to act out a scene together. The set is intended for one player, making it a straightforward choice for an individual costume rather than a group set.

## Is it worth it?

A solid pick if you’re looking for a kids’ police costume that combines a blue polyester outfit with several character props and interactive light-and-sound details. The medium size is recommended for ages 5–7, and the included accessories give children pieces to use beyond simply putting on the uniform. It suits Halloween and school or themed activities where an easy-to-recognize police officer look and hands-on role-play are the main goals.
