## Description

This 1.8" touchscreen fitness tracker from Tensky blends daily health monitoring with smart call features for active users who want hands free convenience. It tracks heart rate, SpO2, sleep and stress around the clock, and pairs with Android and iPhone so notifications and calls stay at your wrist. The main goal is to keep key wellbeing data visible while letting you answer calls or ask Alexa without reaching for your phone.

## Key points

The watch combines fitness tracking and smart features in a compact wrist device. It records steps, distance and calories across 100+ sport modes, and automatically logs sleep stages with a breakdown of deep and light sleep. For everyday life it supports message alerts from common apps and lets you make and receive calls using the built in microphone, giving quick access to contacts and hands free interaction. A customizable watch face option lets you upload a photo for a personal touch, and adjustable brightness helps outdoors visibility. 😊

## Benefits

Bold health monitoring helps you spot trends over time, with continuous heart rate and SpO2 readings to guide activity choices. The integration of [amazon](https://www.amazon.com/Receive-Fitness-Tracking-Waterproof-Smartwatch/dp/B0BFQ36XPW?tag=globalofertit-20) Alexa brings voice control for timers, music and weather without pulling out your phone. **Tensky Smart Watch** offers a sizable 350mAh battery that, according to the manufacturer, supports several days of typical use so you charge less often. The 3ATM rating means you can wear it while washing hands or swimming in a pool, though it is not recommended for hot water or seawater. 🔋

## Practical tips

Wear the tracker snugly for the most reliable heart rate and SpO2 readings, especially during workouts. Use the built in sports profiles to accurately log activity rather than relying solely on step count, this improves calorie and distance estimates. Keep notifications selective to reduce distractions, and try the breathing guide when stress readings climb. The touchscreen responds best with moderate screen brightness which also extends battery life. 🎯
