Temdan Waterproof iPhone 12 Case

Fit and sizing

A slim case may be enough for everyday scratches, but this Temdan option is aimed at people who want the phone enclosed on more sides. It is designed for the iPhone 12 with a 6.1-inch display and uses a full-body format, including built-in screen and camera protection. The clear back keeps the phone’s color visible while the front and camera are covered.

For a day near water or sand, that extra coverage may feel more reassuring than an open-front case. The tradeoff is worth considering: this is described as heavy duty, so it is a protection-first style rather than a minimal case. The listing doesn’t give its dimensions or weight, so there’s no basis to judge how much it changes the phone’s overall feel in a pocket.

Pros

The main draw is the range of hazards the case is designed to address: water, dust, dirt, sand, snow, shocks, and drops. Its IP68 rating and stated 16-foot drop protection are prominent claims in the product description, alongside a built-in screen protector and camera lens cover. Those features make the case relevant for situations where a bare screen or exposed camera would be a concern, such as setting the phone down on a sandy surface or carrying it through wet weather.

The transparent back is another practical touch if you want protection without hiding the phone’s color. Temdan also claims excellent call quality, although the provided details don’t explain how calls are handled through the case. What matters more for your decision: minimal bulk, or coverage for more of the phone? This design clearly prioritizes the latter.

You’ll appreciate it if you want a single case with front, back, and camera coverage for an iPhone 12, especially around water, dust, or rougher everyday conditions. Better avoided if you prefer a slim, open-front case or want published dimensions and weight before choosing. On the spec sheet, the protection claims are broad, but no testing details are provided here to help compare them with other cases.

Is it worth it?

This case makes more sense for someone choosing coverage over a barely-there feel. Its built-in screen and camera protection, clear back, and stated resistance to water, dust, and drops give it a clear use case, a simpler case is the more natural fit if you mainly want basic scratch protection and less enclosure. The listing does not specify how the case affects access or handling, so that remains an unknown rather than a guaranteed drawback. Choose it if the iPhone 12 compatibility and full-body approach match your priorities, skip it if you need a documented size, weight, or detailed evidence behind the protection claims before making a decision.
