Tedeschi Trucks Band I Am The Moon: IV. Farewell Audio CD Softpak
Product description
Listeners looking for the fourth installment of Tedeschi Trucks Band’s I Am The Moon project will find a specific release here: IV. Farewell, presented as an Audio CD in a Softpak package. The larger project is described as a four-episode, 24-song work inspired by classical literature and shaped by themes of isolation and mourning during the pandemic era. This listing identifies one installment, rather than the full project.
If you’re building a physical collection or filling a gap in the series, this format is the relevant distinction: it is a CD, not a digital-only listing.
Size & fit
The listed package dimensions are 5.65 x 5.22 x 0.17 inches, with a weight of 1.76 ounces. Those details can help you assess how it will fit alongside other CDs in a shelf or storage case. The product is identified as a Softpak, so buyers who specifically want a different physical edition or packaging style should check that the listing matches their preference before choosing it.
The album title’s “IV. Farewell” designation matters when deciding between this and a broader collection of the project. It identifies the fourth episode, not an all-in-one edition of the four-part work. It makes sense if you already own other installments or want this particular chapter, it’s not for you if your goal is to buy the entire project in one item.
Why it’s worth it
The purchase case is straightforward: this is a physical edition of a clearly identified Tedeschi Trucks Band release, with a format and package style stated in the product details. That can suit listeners who prefer owning CDs, want a tangible copy for a music shelf, or are collecting the project episode by episode. The editorial description frames I Am The Moon as an ambitious but intimate work, with a larger narrative arc across four episodes and 24 songs.
For someone choosing between a single installment and a complete-project edition, the title provides a useful cue: IV. Farewell is the focused choice for the final named episode. A broader edition would make more sense for someone seeking all four episodes together. The available details do not specify a track list for this CD, so don’t assume that the full project’s 24 songs are all included on this particular release.

Is it worth it?
This release is best considered as a specific chapter in a larger project, not as a substitute for the complete four-episode set. Its clearest appeal is to Tedeschi Trucks Band listeners who want IV. Farewell on CD, especially if they are completing a collection or prefer physical music formats. The compact listed dimensions also give a practical point of reference for storage.
If you’re new to I Am The Moon and want the whole 24-song work, this listing alone may not meet that goal, the product information describes it as IV. Farewell. For a listener who wants that installment in the stated Softpak CD format, the product details identify what the purchase is meant to provide without suggesting extra content or accessories.
