## Description

A home gym setup calls for a bench that can adapt to different strength exercises and store neatly between sessions. The Teclor adjustable weight bench has 10 backrest positions, including flat, incline, and decline settings. Need to change angles during a workout? Its locking adjustment lets you set the backrest for the movement at hand. When training is done, the bench folds for compact storage.

## Strengths
The adjustable backrest supports a range of bench angles, so you can set up for different chest, shoulder, back, and abdominal exercises without relying on a flat-only bench. A serrated adjustment design and safety lock secure the selected position. The steel frame uses a triangular support structure, while the backrest and seat have thick foam padding and breathable leather covering for a cushioned contact surface during training.

Buyers often praise the straightforward assembly, adjustable positions, folding design, and usefulness for workouts with dumbbells. Feedback on durability is mixed: some say the bench has held up well, while others report breakage after a short period of use. These experiences are individual reports, not a guarantee of how any one bench will perform.

## The essentials
The bench measures 51.2 inches deep, 18.5 inches wide, and 18.1 inches high when set up. Folded, it measures 34 inches long, 13 inches wide, and 8 inches high, making it easier to tuck beside a wall, in a closet, or under a bed. Its listed weight is 21 pounds. The frame is alloy steel, and the product is finished in yellow and black.

For a practical home workout, set the bench to a flat position for supported dumbbell movements, then adjust the backrest for incline or decline exercises. Compared with a fixed flat bench, this adjustable design offers more backrest angles, a fixed bench may suit a routine that only calls for a flat surface, while the Teclor provides added setup flexibility in one foldable piece of equipment. Follow the assembly instructions, tighten the fasteners, and engage the safety pins before exercising. The manufacturer states that only one person should use the bench at a time.

## Tips for day-to-day use
The folding frame is designed to make storage part of the routine: pull out the two safety pins to fold the bench, then place it in a corner, closet, or under a bed. Before each session, set the backrest to the position needed for your exercise and make sure the locking mechanism is engaged. This keeps setup simple when you move between exercises or clear floor space after a workout.

## Final verdict
For home gym users who want more than a flat surface, the Teclor combines 10 backrest positions with a foldable steel frame and padded seat and backrest. It suits strength-training routines that use several bench angles, while its compact folded size helps keep workout equipment easier to store between sessions.
