## Description

If you need a simple way to carry a rolled yoga mat to class, this adjustable TECEUM strap keeps the mat secured without a bulky bag. Its soft cotton-blend weave also lets you use the strap during stretching.

For a carry-focused routine, the adjustable end loops help hold your mat in place and leave your hands free. For a practice-focused routine, the same strap can serve as a stretching band.

The black strap measures 85 inches long and has a soft, thick weave designed for comfortable handling.

## Key features

The cotton-blend strap has a close-woven construction, a soft-to-the-touch feel, and a non-elastic design. Use its two adjustable loops to secure a rolled mat: loosen or tighten each end to fit around the roll, then carry it over your shoulder on the way to yoga, fitness, or Pilates class. The strap is also intended for stretching, so it can move from mat transport to practice without requiring a separate strap for that purpose.

Buyers often highlight its comfortable shoulder carry, ease of use, and range of colors. Feedback about grip is mixed, with some buyers saying the strap slips off their mat. The product is available in 30+ colors, this listing is for the black version.

## Quick sizing guide

The strap is 85 IN long, with an adjustable loop at each end. Adjust the loops around your rolled mat to secure it for carrying, the product is described as fitting any mat size. Its length also gives you a strap to work with for stretching exercises. The yoga mat is not included, so pair the strap with a mat you already own.

## Usage tips

Roll your mat first, then place one adjustable loop around each end. Tighten the loops until the roll is held in place, and carry the strap over your shoulder for hands-free transport. Before walking, check that both loops are secured around the mat.

For stretching, use the strap as a band during your practice. Its non-elastic construction provides a fixed length rather than a stretchy one, while the soft cotton-blend texture is comfortable to handle. Clean the strap as needed, the material is described as easy to clean.

## What to clarify

**Does the strap come with a yoga mat?** No. The mat is not included, so this is a carrier for a mat you already have.

**How does it fit around a mat?** Two adjustable loops sit at the ends of the 85-inch strap. Loosen or tighten them around the rolled mat to secure it for carrying.

**Can it be used for stretching as well as carrying?** Yes. The strap is designed for both mat transport and use as a stretching band during practice.

## Final verdict

This TECEUM strap suits anyone who wants one lightweight accessory for carrying a rolled mat and supporting stretching work. Its adjustable loops make mat transport straightforward, while the soft cotton-blend strap offers a second use once you arrive at class. Choose the black 85-inch version for a practical alternative to carrying a mat by hand or using a bulky bag.
