Tealari 4-in-1 Convertible Diaper Bag Backpack, 20L Water-Resistant Nylon

Some outings call for hands-free carrying, while others are easier with a tote or a bag attached to the stroller. The Tealari diaper bag switches between four carry styles to adapt to the way you’re traveling with your baby.

Its 20L capacity and 16 pockets give diapers, bottles, clothes, and other essentials dedicated places. A portable changing pad adds a convenient surface for diaper changes on the go.

Water-resistant, wear-resistant nylon and a quilted design bring practical function together with a polished look. The bag measures 14.6" L x 8" W x 13.2" H.

Why it makes sense

Rather than carrying separate bags for different outings, you can use this convertible design as a backpack, handbag, crossbody or shoulder bag, or stroller bag. The detachable, adjustable 55" shoulder strap supports hands-free carrying, and its hooks can be tucked away when you switch styles. Built-in stroller straps let you hang the bag from a stroller, keeping baby supplies close during a walk.

The three compartments help separate what you need throughout the day. The main compartment has six elastic pockets and two zippered pockets, while the front section includes three insulated bottle pockets and a breathable zippered mesh pocket. A large rear zip pocket holds the changing pad or the tucked-away shoulder strap, and a separate anti-theft pocket gives valuables a dedicated place. The two-way zipper and wide-opening design make it easier to see and reach what’s inside when you’re looking for a bottle or a clean outfit.

The included changing pad measures 24" x 15.7" and is made with skin-friendly, waterproof fabric. Buyers often praise the bag’s roomy storage, appearance, and portability. Feedback is more varied on durability and weight, with some buyers reporting interior wear and others differing on how heavy the bag feels.

Key takeaways

This bag pairs a 20L capacity with 16 pockets across three compartments, giving baby essentials a more organized home than a single open space. The insulated bottle pockets, elastic organizers, zippered sections, and mesh pocket offer distinct places for feeding supplies, clothing, and smaller items. For a day out, you can keep a bottle in the front compartment, pack a change of clothes in the main section, and place the changing pad in the rear pocket for easy access.

The gold-plated zippers complement the quilted nylon exterior, while the detachable strap and multiple carry modes let you choose how to carry the bag as your plans change. It’s a great fit if you want one diaper bag that can move between errands, stroller walks, and travel without requiring a different carrying style for each setting.

Getting the most from it

Use the compartment layout to group items by task: feeding supplies in the front, everyday essentials in the main section, and the changing pad in the rear pocket. When you need both hands free, wear it as a backpack or crossbody, for stroller outings, use the built-in stroller straps. The shoulder strap can be adjusted or detached to suit the carry mode, and the hooks can be hidden when it’s not in use.

Final verdict

The Tealari combines flexible carrying options with purposeful storage, a portable changing pad, and a water-resistant nylon exterior. It suits parents who want baby essentials organized in one bag and the option to carry it on their back, over a shoulder, by hand, or on a stroller.
