TCCVANAS Kids Helmet Set, ABS Shell

Finding a kids’ helmet and protective gear that can cover more than one activity can mean buying and matching several pieces. This TCCVANAS set brings a helmet, knee pads, elbow pads, and wrist guards together for biking, skateboarding, inline skating, or scooter rides.

The helmet has an adjustable dial and chin strap, so fit is more than a fixed age label.

Where it shines

The main appeal is having the core pieces in one set. It includes one helmet, two knee pads, two elbow pads, two wrist guards, and a storage bag. That can simplify getting ready for a ride: a child can put on the helmet and pads before heading out on a bike or scooter, rather than relying on a helmet alone. The listed activities also make the set relevant for families whose kids switch between wheeled hobbies.

The helmet combines an ABS shell with shock-absorbing foam inside, a soft lining, and 11 ventilation holes. Those details point to a design intended for a comfortable fit during active use, though comfort will still depend on whether the helmet sits securely on the child’s head. You’ll appreciate it if you want a coordinated starter set for outdoor activities. If you prioritize having pads included, this is more convenient than choosing each piece separately, if you prefer to select protection items individually, a bundle gives you less choice over the components.

What to know

The helmet’s adjustment ranges are listed as 48–54 cm for size S and 54–58 cm for size M. Measure the child’s head and compare it with those ranges before choosing, the age bands in the product name are less useful than a fit that matches the actual measurement. The dial changes the helmet’s circumference, while the chin strap can also be adjusted.

The product description doesn’t give pad dimensions or specify a safety certification, so those are meaningful gaps if you need to assess fit or compare standards. And while the set is intended for several sports, it doesn’t establish that the helmet or pads are right for every activity or level of riding. From the way it is set up, it looks most practical for everyday recreational use, not as a substitute for checking the fit and requirements of a particular sport. It’s not for you if you need documented certification details or want to choose every protective item separately.

Best use cases

This set makes the most sense for a child starting bike rides, scooter outings, or casual skating, especially when having knee, elbow, and wrist coverage together is part of the plan. Picture a quick trip to a neighborhood path: the helmet adjusts at the back, the chin strap secures it, and the matching pads are ready in the storage bag. That’s a straightforward setup, but it only works well if each piece fits the child properly. Check the helmet measurement range and make sure the pads stay in place during movement before relying on the full set.

Should you buy it?

Choose it if you want a multi-activity starter bundle and the helmet’s size range matches the child. The included pads and storage bag are useful for keeping the basic gear together, while the ventilation holes and adjustable fit address everyday comfort and sizing. Skip it if you need a stated certification, detailed pad measurements, or a more tailored selection of individual gear. Those details aren’t provided, and they may matter more than the convenience of getting everything in one package.
