SWEET DOLPHIN Muslin Crib Sheets, 2-Pack

What to know

A crib sheet that shifts during the night or takes too long to wash can make an already busy routine harder. This SWEET DOLPHIN set includes two fitted muslin sheets, so one can go on the mattress while the other is ready for laundry. They’re made from 40S long-staple cotton, with a breathable weave and a soft feel intended for a baby’s delicate skin.

The solid Light Bean Paste color offers a simple look that can work with different nursery styles. The description also says the fabric is designed to resist pilling and hold its color through repeated washes, those are product claims, not a guarantee of how it will wear in every home.

How it fits

These sheets are listed for standard crib mattresses measuring 52 x 28 inches. An elastic hem runs around the fitted edge, and the product description says the pockets are deep enough to accommodate mattress pads. That should make setup straightforward: pull the corners over the mattress, then check that the sheet lies flat before putting the crib back into use.

Keep in mind that the listing doesn’t give a pocket-depth measurement or cover every mattress shape, so the stated standard size is the clearest fit information available. If your mattress has unusual dimensions or a particularly thick pad, don’t assume a match based on the elastic alone.

Tips for day-to-day use

The two-sheet format is useful during a quick change: remove the soiled sheet, fit the clean one, and put the used one in the wash without leaving yourself short on a spare. The sheets are described as machine washable and fast-drying, and the listing recommends washing them before first use. Follow the care instructions supplied with the product rather than relying on general assumptions about cotton muslin.

For a calmer setup, smooth the fabric across the mattress and check the fitted edges after changing the sheet. This is a practical step with any fitted crib sheet, the elastic is meant to help hold it in place, but it doesn’t replace checking that the sheet is properly fitted.

Questions before you buy

What material are the sheets made from? They’re described as 40S long-staple muslin cotton, chosen for a breathable weave and soft feel.

Will they fit every crib mattress? They’re listed for standard mattresses measuring 52 x 28 inches. The description doesn’t provide a pocket depth, so fit on nonstandard or unusually thick mattresses isn’t established.

What comes in the set? The listing specifies two fitted crib sheets. It doesn’t mention a mattress or other bedding pieces.

When it makes sense

It makes sense if you want two washable fitted sheets for a standard-size crib mattress and like the breathable cotton muslin feel. Compared with buying a single spare, the pair gives you a clean sheet to put on while the other is being washed. You may want to skip it if your mattress doesn’t match the stated dimensions or you need confirmed measurements for a deeper mattress pad. The practical choice comes down to fit: for a standard 52 x 28-inch mattress, the set covers a straightforward bedding need, for anything outside that size, the listing leaves room for uncertainty.
