## Description

This SUPERJARE exercise mat, measuring 96 square feet, is designed for home fitness routines that demand durability, grip, and quiet performance. With a double-layer construction, it combines a high-density EVA foam base with an EPDM top layer that resists wear and maintains strong traction during intense workouts.

## Key Points
The mat features a dual-layer design that blends durability with performance. The EVA base provides stability under heavy loads, while the EPDM surface ensures reliable grip during dynamic movements. It has no noticeable rubber odor, making it pleasant to use right after unboxing. The mat absorbs shock effectively, reducing noise and vibrations during exercises like plyometrics or weightlifting. It also protects floors from scratches caused by equipment such as dumbbells or resistance bands.

## Technical Specifications

## Benefits
This mat supports a wide range of workouts, from strength training to yoga and interval sessions. Its superior traction helps prevent slips during floor-based exercises, especially when using heavy equipment. The quiet surface reduces impact noise, which is ideal for homes where movement can disturb others. The floor-protective layer makes it a practical solution for garages, home gyms, or playrooms.

## Usage Recommendations
Place the mat on any flat surface where you do fitness activities. It works well in small spaces due to its foldable design and interlocking edges. The detachable borders allow you to shape it into a square or rectangle, depending on available room size. For optimal use, ensure the surface is clean and dry before placing the mat. Avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight to maintain material integrity.
