## Description

The rubber top adds a grippy workout surface, while the cushioned EVA foam base helps absorb impact and vibration. These interlocking mats create a protective floor for home gym equipment and exercise routines, with a modular layout that can be arranged to suit your room.

The 36-tile set covers 144 sq. ft. and can be assembled as a square or rectangle. Use it to define a workout area in a gym, garage, or family fitness room and help protect the floor from equipment friction and workout impact.

## Size & fit

Each square tile measures 24" x 24" and is 0.4" thick. Interlocking edges let you connect the pieces into a larger floor surface, while two detachable borders on each piece provide a clean edge when you arrange the tiles. Expand or reshape the layout to fit the available workout space, whether you’re setting up a dedicated home gym or making room for a treadmill, weights, or kettlebells.

The modular format is useful when a single fixed-size mat doesn’t suit the room. Assemble the tiles across the area you want to protect, then use the interlocking connections to create a square or rectangular layout. Buyers also describe assembly as straightforward and mention that the mats are easy to cut, which can help when adapting a setup to a particular space.

## What stands out

A high-density EVA foam base paired with a rubber top gives the surface a cushioned feel for workouts while providing traction for movements such as landmine presses. The foam layer also helps reduce noise and vibration during exercise, a practical benefit when training at home. For lifting or aerobic equipment, the mats add a layer between the workout area and the floor to minimize friction and impact.

Buyers commonly praise the mats’ sturdy feel, cushioning, and finished appearance in home gym spaces. Feedback on perceived thickness and slip resistance is mixed, so individual impressions vary. The black-and-gray pattern gives the assembled floor a coordinated look, while the tile format makes it easier to build the coverage you need than relying on one fixed-format mat.

Choose this set to organize a gym, garage, or family fitness room with interlocking tiles that can be laid out to match the space.
