## Description

The 3-foot cord and ultra-thin flat plug make this SUPERDANNY power strip a practical fit for outlets behind a bed, sofa, or desk. Its 45-degree right-angle plug sits close to the wall, while the compact four-sided layout gives AC plugs and USB cables room to connect.

Use it to bring power and device charging together in a small space. Four AC outlets, two USB-A ports, and two USB-C ports support a mix of everyday electronics from one station.

## Tech summary

The SDCP09 combines surge protection with four AC outlets and four USB charging ports. Its wide-spaced, four-sided outlet arrangement helps keep neighboring connections accessible, and the flat plug is designed for tight spots behind furniture.

- Type: Power strip with extension cord
- AC outlets: 4
- USB ports: 2 USB-A and 2 USB-C
- Cord length: 3 ft
- Flat plug: 0.3 inches thick, with a 45-degree right-angle design

- Maximum rated power: 1,250W
- Maximum current: 10A
- USB output: Up to 15W total, USB-A 5V/2.4A and USB-C 5V/3A

The USB ports automatically detect a connected device’s power draw. The strip is listed for devices such as laptops, audio systems, fans, phones, watches, and lamps, USB charging is suited to items such as phones, earbuds, tablets, and smartwatches.

## Everyday use

Place the strip near a nightstand, work area, or shared charging spot to power plugged-in appliances while charging USB devices. The short cord is useful when the wall outlet is already close to the furniture or surface where you need extra connections. Its slim, angled plug helps keep the strip close to the wall, and the separated outlet layout makes it easier to use AC plugs alongside USB cables.

Compared with an outlet-only power strip, this setup also offers USB-A and USB-C charging, so compatible devices can connect directly to the charging ports. Buyers often highlight the compact shape, close-to-wall fit, short cord, and useful mix of outlets and USB ports for smaller spaces.

## How to use it

Connect the Type A plug to a compatible wall outlet, then connect AC-powered equipment to the four outlets or USB-powered devices to the USB-A and USB-C ports. For a bedside setup, the strip can sit near a nightstand with the flat plug behind furniture, at a desk, it can keep a lamp or laptop power connection close while providing USB charging for smaller devices. Keep the total connected load within the listed 1,250W maximum.

## Buying verdict

The SUPERDANNY SDCP09 suits home, office, and dorm setups where a nearby outlet needs to serve both plug-in equipment and USB-charged devices. Its combination of four AC outlets, four USB ports, 1,050-joule surge protection, and a 3-foot flat-plug cord brings useful connections to tight spaces without relying on a bulky plug shape. Choose it when you want a compact charging point close to furniture, a desk, or a bedside table.
