## Description

Some training calls for extra palm cushioning, other workouts benefit from a fingerless design that keeps your fingers free. sunnex workout gloves combine both for lifting, cycling, rowing, and more.

A silicone wave pattern on the padded palms adds a non-slip contact surface for bars, dumbbells, and bike handles. The mesh back helps heat escape, while the lightweight nylon fabric supports a comfortable feel during exercise.

Choose from four sizes, S through XL, and adjust the hook-and-loop wrist closure for a personalized fit. Finger pull tabs make the gloves easier to remove after a workout.

## Spec sheet
- Type: Fingerless workout gloves
- Brand: sunnex
- Model: US-JSST 01PINK M
- Material: Nylon
- Color: JS-PINK
- Size: Medium
- Grip: Non-slip silicone palm pattern with padding

The fingerless format is useful when you want palm coverage without covering your fingertips. For strength training, the padded silicone surface creates a buffer between your hands and equipment, for cycling or rowing, it adds grip where your palms meet the handles. If you’re choosing between a lightweight, unpadded glove and a more cushioned design, this pair’s palm padding is the distinguishing feature.

## Tips for day-to-day use
Use the size chart to choose among S, M, L, and XL, then adjust the wrist closure to suit your fit. The design works across weightlifting, cross-training, cycling, rowing, climbing, and general fitness, making it a practical option when your routine moves between equipment and activities. For example, wear them while lifting dumbbells and switch to a rowing machine with the same palm padding and grip surface in place. Pull tabs at the fingers help you take the gloves off after training, and hand washing follows the listed care instructions.

Buyers commonly praise the palm cushioning, comfort, and grip across different workout equipment. Fit feedback is generally favorable, though one buyer notes extra room at the finger openings. Durability feedback is mixed: some report that the gloves hold up well, while others describe ripping or seam wear over time.

## What you get
The listed included component is a sunnex workout glove, with a package quantity of one. The product is offered in four sizes, and this model is the Medium JS-PINK version. Its women’s workout-glove design suits adult users looking for fingerless palm coverage for gym sessions, cycling, or rowing.

## Buying verdict
These gloves make sense for women who want padded palm protection and a non-slip silicone grip in a breathable, fingerless design. The nylon construction, adjustable wrist closure, and pull tabs support regular use across different training activities, while the choice of four sizes gives you a way to select a fit for your hands. Choose the sunnex Medium JS-PINK model for a practical combination of palm cushioning and fingertip freedom during lifting and cardio workouts.
