Summerbrite SB002-MT100MM-W-CA XL Picture Hanging Strips, 20 Pairs

The A+B hook-and-loop design lets you hang frames without nails or drilling, making it easier to arrange wall decor while keeping installation removable. Each XL pair combines two self-adhering strips for attaching a frame to a smooth, flat surface. The set includes 20 pairs, or 40 strips. It is designed for frames up to 18" x 24".

Tips for day-to-day use

Start with a clean, dry surface and remove dust before applying the strips. Press them firmly onto the frame and wall to activate the adhesive, using a flat surface for contact. The strips are intended for smooth, flat materials such as finished wood, tile, glass, marble, metal, and plastic. This makes them useful for placing framed art or posters in a living room, bedroom, or home office without putting nail holes in the wall.

For removal, press down on the top of a strip, then slowly pull its bottom straight down in the direction of the arrow. The product is designed for removable hanging, and this method helps keep removal controlled. Avoid applying the strips to freshly painted walls or wallpaper, the guidance also calls for surfaces to be dry and not rough or wet. For frame stability, the product recommends using 6–8 pairs or more when hanging frames.

Buyers often appreciate the straightforward, tool-free application, especially for rental spaces. Feedback on adhesion and wall impact is mixed: some buyers report secure hanging and no holes, while others describe sticking issues or surface damage. Careful surface preparation and following the application and removal steps are practical parts of using this adhesive approach.

What stands out

Unlike nails or conventional hanging hardware, these adhesive hook-and-loop strips are made for a no-drill setup. The paired design attaches to both the frame and the wall, allowing the frame to be positioned without a permanent fastener. That can be especially useful when arranging decor in a rental or changing a room layout without making nail holes. The 20-pair set also gives you multiple pairs for organizing several pieces of wall decor, with the stated frame-size guidance helping you assess whether a particular frame suits this format.

The strips are self-adhering and removable, so installation does not call for liquid adhesive. Their listed surface range covers several common smooth materials found around the home. For a hanging method that prioritizes avoiding drilled holes and allows for removable placement, this format offers a direct alternative to nails, traditional fasteners may be more appropriate when a project calls for a fixed mechanical attachment.

Final verdict

Summerbrite’s XL strips are a practical fit for renters, decorators, and anyone who wants to hang frames without drilling into suitable smooth surfaces. The 20-pair supply, hook-and-loop attachment, and removable design support flexible home decor arrangements, while the 18" x 24" maximum frame size provides a useful guide for choosing what to hang.
