## Description

Dog owners looking for a chewable omega supplement for skin and coat care can choose STRELLALAB Omega-3 for Dogs. Each soft chew features salmon oil and a chicken flavor. The 180-count jar offers a simple way to add a fish-oil supplement to a dog’s routine. Want an alternative to liquid fish oil that can be served as a treat?

## Worth noting

These chews are made with salmon oil, a source of omega fatty acids, including EPA and DHA. The formula is listed as providing omega-3, 6, and 9 fatty acids, with 500 mg per serving. Its stated benefits include skin and coat health, relief for dry or itchy skin, and support for hip and joint mobility. These are supportive benefits, not a promise to treat a medical condition.

The soft-chew format makes the supplement easy to offer on its own or alongside regular dog food. That can be a practical fit for owners who prefer a flavored chew over adding liquid oil to a meal. The chicken flavor and salmon-oil base bring together a familiar treat format and fish-oil ingredients in one product. The ingredient list also includes flaxseed, brewers dried yeast, and lecithin. The chews are made in the USA, and the formula is described as free of corn, wheat, soy, and sugar.

## Everyday use

Use the chews as a supplement alongside your dog’s regular food. For example, they can be offered as a treat during a daily feeding routine, making fish oil part of an established habit rather than a separate liquid addition. The 180-count jar provides a ready supply for ongoing use, the appropriate amount to give depends on the product’s serving directions.

STRELLALAB describes the formula for dogs of all breeds, ages, and sizes. Its listed uses include skin and coat care, shedding and dry-skin relief, allergy relief, and joint mobility support. Owners choosing a supplement for several needs may appreciate having skin-and-coat and mobility support in one chewable format.

## Usage tips

Offer the chews as directed on the product label, and serve them with regular food if that best fits your dog’s routine. Keep the jar available as a consistent part of feeding rather than treating the chews as a replacement for your dog’s regular diet. If your dog has a diagnosed skin or joint condition, ask your veterinarian how a supplement fits into its care plan. This keeps the product in its intended role as nutritional support while helping you choose an appropriate routine for your pet.

## Is it worth it?

For dog owners who want salmon-oil omega support in a treat-style format, the main appeal is convenience: soft, chicken-flavored chews combine the supplement with a familiar way to serve it. The 180-count jar is suited to owners planning regular use, while the stated skin, coat, and joint benefits give the product a broader role than a skin-only supplement. It suits you if you want to add a chewable fish-oil supplement to your dog’s routine without pouring liquid oil over meals.
