## Description

The thick rubber design gives this stove top cover a flexible surface for shielding a cool cooktop from dust, spills, and scratches, while adding usable covered space in the kitchen. Its mushroom-and-palm-leaf pattern also brings a decorative touch rather than leaving the stovetop bare.

It can cover an electric or glass cooktop, or be used on a kitchen or washer-dryer countertop.

## Quick sizing guide

At 28.5 x 20.5 inches, this cover is intended to span a sizable surface. Before choosing it, compare those dimensions with the area you want to protect, the listing doesn’t give a separate fit guide for different stove models. Picture setting it over a cooled cooktop after dinner: it keeps everyday dust and splashes off the surface and gives you a clear area to use when the stove is idle.

The soft material folds or rolls for storage, and two included hooks offer the option to hang it on a wall. That can be useful when cabinet space is tight, or when you want the cover close at hand to help shield a wall from grease splashes. The listing doesn’t specify how the hooks attach, so the hanging setup may depend on your wall and preferred storage spot.

## Pros

- Covers an electric or glass cooktop and may also be used on other listed countertop surfaces.
- Soft, foldable construction is easier to put away than a rigid cover.
- Includes two hooks for hanging storage.
- The mushroom palm-leaf print adds a visible design element to the kitchen.

According to the maker, the rubber is odorless and resists deforming. It’s a great fit if you want a flexible cover that can also serve as extra surface space between cooking sessions. Better avoided if you need a heat-safe trivet or something to leave on the stove while cooking: the instructions say to let the cooktop cool for at least five minutes before replacing the cover, and to keep it away from open flames and oven heat. That heat restriction is the key trade-off compared with a cover specifically intended for hot cookware.

## Spec sheet

Name: Stove top cover

Material: Rubber

Dimensions: 28.5 x 20.5 inches

Color: Mushroom palm leaves

Included: Two hooks

The product description calls it a dish-drying mat as well as a stove protector, but doesn’t provide details on absorbency, drainage, or care. If you’re choosing it primarily for drying dishes, those missing details matter, its clearer use is covering a cool electric or glass cooktop and protecting a surface from dust, spills, and stains. Would you rather have a flexible mat you can roll away, or a rigid cover that stays in place? This one is aimed at the first kind of setup.

## Should you buy it?

Choose this cover if its dimensions suit your surface, you want a foldable option, and the leaf pattern works with your kitchen. It offers a practical way to keep an unused cooktop covered and reclaim some space, with the hooks providing another storage option. Skip it if you need protection while the stove is hot, or if you’re looking for a product with clearly stated drying performance. The most important buying check is simple: measure the intended surface, then make sure you’re comfortable removing the cover before cooking and waiting for the cooktop to cool before putting it back.
