## Description

A gaming headset has to serve different priorities: some players want to move between a console and a PC, while others mainly need a wireless headset for one setup. The SteelSeries Arctis Nova Pro Omni is aimed at the first kind of use, with 2.4GHz wireless, Bluetooth, active noise cancellation, and support for mixing audio sources.

It also includes two rechargeable batteries and a ClearCast Pro microphone with AI noise rejection. That makes it worth considering for gaming sessions that include mobile audio or voice chat, rather than just listening to one connected device.

## What it works with
The listed compatible devices include PC, PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo Switch, laptops, tablets, and smartphones. OmniPlay supports connections through three USB ports, line-in, and Bluetooth, the product information says it can connect up to five devices and mix up to four audio sources. That flexibility is the main distinction from a simpler wireless headset intended to stay paired with one system. For example, a player could combine console audio with mobile audio, or switch between a computer and console without treating each as a separate headset setup. Specific features may depend on the connected device and connection method.

## Getting the most from it
The 2.4GHz connection is intended for low-latency wireless audio, while Bluetooth offers another way to connect compatible devices. ANC can help reduce ambient sound, and transparency mode provides an alternative when you want more awareness of your surroundings. The microphone’s AI noise rejection is listed as reducing background noise by up to 96%, that is a stated feature, not a guarantee of identical results in every room or call.

Buyers often highlight sound, battery life, comfort, adjustability, and noise cancellation. Feedback on the microphone is more divided, as are comments about reliability and overall value. If voice quality is your deciding factor, that mixed feedback is worth weighing alongside the headset’s multi-device features. Worth considering if you want wireless audio across several systems and the option to mix sources. Not the best choice if you need water resistance, the product is explicitly listed as not water resistant.

## Before you decide
**Which systems are listed as compatible?** PC, PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo Switch, and mobile devices are among the listed options, along with laptops and tablets.

**Can it play audio from multiple sources at once?** The product information describes mixing up to four audio sources, with connections available through USB, line-in, and Bluetooth.

**What comes in the box?** The listed contents include the headset, pop filter, wireless transmitter, two rechargeable batteries, two USB-C to USB-A cables, and a user manual.

## Is it worth it?
The Nova Pro Omni’s strongest buying case is its combination of multi-system connections, source mixing, ANC, and two rechargeable batteries. Those features are useful when a gaming setup includes more than one system or mobile audio. If you only need a straightforward headset for a single device, its broader connectivity may matter less. The product’s one-year warranty is listed in the specifications, while buyer feedback on the microphone and reliability is mixed—consider those points if dependable voice chat is central to your decision.
