## Description

Eight backrest positions let you change your setup for different strength exercises, while the foldable design helps make room for storage after a workout.

The Steelite AZ6040VC-06 is an adjustable home workout bench with a metal frame and supportive padding. It is designed for dumbbell presses, bench exercises, and full-body strength training.

A stable support structure and non-slip foot covers help keep the bench steady during training. Its 720 lb weight capacity and adjustable backrest make it a versatile choice for a dedicated home workout space.

## Key features

The adjustable backrest offers eight positions, giving you more setup options for chest, shoulder, arm, back, and core exercises. Compared with a fixed-back bench, an adjustable design makes it easier to change your position between movements without changing the bench itself. Use it for dumbbell presses and other bench-based exercises, then adjust the backrest for the next part of your routine.

The bench supports up to 720 lbs and has a sturdy frame with a balanced support structure. Non-slip foot covers add stability during strength-training movements, while the padded surface provides support through exercises and longer sessions. The frame is made of alloy steel, and the bench is black.

When your workout is done, fold the bench to make storage easier. Its design suits a home gym where one piece of equipment needs to serve several exercises and then be put away between sessions.

## Best use cases

This bench is built for home strength training, including dumbbell work and exercises for the chest, shoulders, arms, back, core, and legs. For example, set it up for a series of presses and upper-body movements, then adjust the backrest as your workout shifts to other exercises. The eight-position adjustment supports varied training setups, while the foldable frame helps keep the workout area flexible.

It’s a great fit if you want one bench for a range of strength exercises rather than a fixed-position surface. The comfortable padding supports seated and bench-based movements, and the stable design is suited to regular workouts at home.

## Usage tips

Use the included user manual and assembly video as guides when setting up, folding, or unfolding the bench. Before a workout, choose the backrest position that suits the exercise and place the bench on a stable surface. The non-slip foot covers are designed to support stability during use. Fold the bench after training to make storage more convenient.

The bench measures 44.9 inches deep by 16.7 inches wide by 17.7 inches high and weighs 16.3 pounds. These dimensions can help you plan where it will sit in your workout space and where to store it between sessions.

## Buying verdict

The Steelite AZ6040VC-06 brings together an eight-position backrest, supportive padding, a frame designed for up to 720 lbs, and foldable storage. That combination makes it a practical choice for home workouts that move across multiple muscle groups and exercises. Choose it for a versatile training surface that can be adjusted between movements and folded away when your session is over.
