## Description

When you’re trimming individual plants, hand scissors offer direct control, for processing buds, flowers, and leaves in a bowl, the STAYGROW BT19 gives you a hand-cranked approach with a clear dome so you can watch the material as you work. Its 19-inch bowl and two blade styles make it useful for both wet and dry trimming.

It’s a manual garden tool, so trimming is driven by the hand crank. The bowl design brings the cutting action together in one place, while the transparent cover helps keep the contents visible during use.

## Tech specs
- Model: BT19
- Type: Manual bowl trimmer
- Cutting width: 19 inches
- Blade material: Stainless steel
- Bowl: Stainless steel
- Visibility dome: Clear
- Dimensions: 17.72"L x 19.13"W
- Weight: 11.4 pounds
- Included blades: One straight blade and one serrated blade

The straight blade is intended for wet trimming, while the serrated blade is intended for dry trimming. The clear dome gives you a view of the material inside the bowl as you turn the handle. A filter tray is part of the design, and the removable handle and replaceable blades support straightforward handling and upkeep.

## Requirements
The BT19 operates by hand crank. Choose the blade that suits the material: use the straight blade for wet trimming or the serrated blade for dry trimming. The serrated blade is taped to the white foam in the box, the straight blade sits on the metal tray, so check both locations when unpacking.

## Best use cases
This trimmer is designed for buds, flowers, leaves, and hydroponic plants. It suits garden work where you want to process plant material in a bowl rather than trim each piece individually with scissors. For example, when preparing a harvest, you can place material in the bowl, turn the crank, and keep an eye on the contents through the clear dome. The 19-inch cutting width gives the bowl a broad working area for this batch-style approach.

Buyers often highlight the tool’s functionality and the pace of trimming compared with working by hand. Feedback on cleaning is mixed, and some buyers raise concerns about durability, so use and care are part of the overall experience. Those comments are individual impressions, not a measure of what every user will experience.

## Questions before you buy
**Which blade should I use for wet or dry trimming?** Use the straight blade for wet trimming and the serrated blade for dry trimming. Both are included with the trimmer.

**How does the BT19 operate?** It is a manual trimmer operated with a hand crank, rather than an electrically powered cutting tool.

**Where can I find the serrated blade when unpacking?** It is taped to the white foam in the box. The straight blade is positioned on the metal tray.

## Final verdict
The STAYGROW BT19 is a practical fit for gardeners who want a hand-cranked bowl trimmer for buds, flowers, leaves, or hydroponic plants. Its 19-inch bowl, clear visibility dome, and blades for wet and dry trimming bring useful flexibility to harvest preparation in one manual tool.
