SPINGO SPTSW240 Screen Cleaner Wipes, 240 Count, Individually Wrapped

Cleaning fingerprints from a phone before a video call is the kind of small task these SPINGO screen wipes are made for. The box contains 240 moist wipes, each individually wrapped for carrying in a bag, keeping in a desk drawer, or storing in a car.

Each wipe measures 5 x 7 inches and is described as ammonia-free. The intended uses include touchscreens, phones, tablets, computer monitors, eyeglasses, and other delicate screens or lenses.

Need a compact alternative to a spray bottle and reusable cloth? These wipes combine the cleaner and cloth in one pre-moistened format, so you can take out a single packet when a screen needs attention.

What you’ll notice day to day

The individually wrapped format makes it easy to keep a few wipes on hand without carrying the full box. That suits quick cleanups at a desk or while traveling, especially when fingerprints or dust build up on a phone or touchscreen. The stated 5 x 7-inch size also gives you a wipe for surfaces beyond a phone, including tablets and glasses.

The product is described as using long wood-pulp fibers and a thicker, tear-resistant construction. Those details may matter when you want a wipe that holds together while cleaning a medium-size screen, rather than a thin tissue. The brand also describes the wipes as lint-free and intended to clean without damaging delicate coatings. Those are product claims, not a guarantee of identical results on every surface.

Buyer feedback is generally positive about using the wipes on different devices and finding them convenient. Experiences with streaks and smudges are mixed, however, and some buyers say screens do not stay clean for long. Opinions on wipe size also vary, so expectations about the cleaning result and coverage should be realistic.

Key takeaways

The main appeal is the ready-to-use format: 240 individually wrapped wipes, a stated 5 x 7-inch size, and use across electronics screens and eyeglass lenses. The ammonia-free formula is another relevant detail for shoppers looking for a screen-cleaning wipe rather than a general household cleaner.

You’ll appreciate it if you want single-use packets for routine fingerprint and dust cleanup across several devices. Compared with buying a reusable cloth and a separate cleaning solution, this is a more self-contained option, a reusable kit may make more sense if you prefer to wash and reuse your cleaning materials.

Tips for day-to-day use

Keep packets where screens are commonly used, such as a desk or travel bag, and open one when a device needs cleaning. Since the wipes are moist and individually wrapped, the format is suited to having a fresh wipe available without carrying a bottle of solution.

The stated uses include phones, tablets, computer monitors, touchscreens, and eyeglasses. For a large monitor or several devices, consider the wipe’s 5 x 7-inch dimensions when judging how much surface one packet may cover. The listing does not specify how many screens a wipe will clean.

Questions before you buy

What devices are these wipes intended for? The stated uses include phones, tablets, computer monitors, touchscreens, eyeglasses, and other electronic screens or lenses.

Buying verdict

SPINGO SPTSW240 is worth considering if you want a large supply of portable, individually wrapped wipes for everyday screen and lens cleanup. Its appeal is convenience and broad stated use, not a reusable cleaning setup. You may want to skip it if your preference is specifically for a washable cloth and separate cleaner. Buyer comments on streaks and how long screens stay clean are mixed, so the listed streak-free claim should not be treated as a guaranteed result.
